Chapter 5
With all that, a brand new day started in WeHo.

At Jennys house, she woke and her hand searched beside her. Just cold sheets met her fingers. She rubbed her eyes, straightened her hair and sat up.
Looking at the watch it read 7:33.
Outside her room she heard a noise and then a knock on her door.
“Yeah, what is it ?” She answered.
“It’s me, Max.” came the expected answer. “Can I come in ?”
“Yes.”
The door opened and Max’s head came first. “Can we talk ?”
“About what ?”
“Well, how about me renting the shed?” Max replied.
“At half past seven in the morning ? I’m barely awake.” Jenny replied frustrated.
“Maybe later then ?” Max was unusually tame, if one remembered the last encounters of those two.
Jenny was saved by the bell so to speak, meaning her cell rang. Max’s head left the doorframe and disappeared without another word.
She flipped open the phone without looking at the caller-ID. “Hey, Jenny, it’s Marina.”
“Hello, Marina.”

Bette let Blue stay where he was, because now she had some paperwork to do and if she would like to finish before Shane came back, she better got started.
She left the den for her office.
Blue was startled about this turn of events. Why was his human leaving and should he follow ?
Bette got the papers in order. First things first. She thought, grabbing her cell.
A few calls and emails later, she had all the needed information and after some moments of contemplating, she placed one last call.
“This is Bette Porter speaking. I’d like to sell some pieces of my collection…. Yes, we can meet…. Well, today is going to be hectic. How about tomorrow ? 11 am sounds good. Okay, see you there. Thanks. Bye.”
That was number one. Now with number two.
“This is Bette Porter speaking. I’m interested in…. Oh, yeah. That’s great ! … How about tomorrow ? … 1 pm ? Yes, thank you. See you there.”

Bette’s line should be busy (from Helena) for the rest of her life. For a minute I thought “Blue” belonged to Jenny. You know a circus cat…I have never went food shopping at the Mall…maybe this is a dream. Yes that’s it a dream. lol…just messing with you Kijuma…
Now now sky, I saw that!! Be good now, cos this is a Belena story and we WANT Helena to get through to Bette, yes we do!!! Come on, I will take you out for a drink, you’ll feel better.
Oh Susannah…I need a drink…all you guys are ganging up on me. I am seeing cats where dogs should be…Malls are selling wholesale food goods…I haven’t heard a word from Tina. It’s like I am in Bizarro World…and all I am trying to do is bring Kijuma back from the dark side.
sky: what dark side I am on ??…. And in Germany there’s always a supermarket or whatever you call it at a Mall. So, take that… hah… You’ll get Tina, I promise…Maybe you want to keep her?… And susannah is in Pole-Position to become my fan #1!… Thanks, hon.
It’s okay sky, just breathe, that’s it….I didn’t catch it,but you are right, who goes food shopping at the mall!!! We’ll have a drink, and relax, you will feel better in no time, and forget all about…??? What was her name again?? and you will love Blue the kitty, as well as us non tibetters!!

kijuma, I just caught up with this fic..I love it so far..I think i’m partial to Blue..being a cat lover myself…please let no one claim him so Bette can keep him. Also love the pace…Ignore Sky she’s going through tina withdrawal and she knows it’s gonna get worse with the season. Also i’ve been Germany…being half german myself..and you’re right the malls to have grocery stores!! Oh boy! LOL Keep it coming!
Please let Helena get through to Bette and ask her out. Why do I have a feeling Bette is gonna buy the beach house?
lol…Kijuma I leave for a few hours and come back to see I have been replaced by Susannah…I just don’t understand. Pandamel I don’t know what you are referring to…Tina will redeem herself this season. I refuse to fall victim to those spoilers…and the interviews…and the writers…sigh. I feel sick.

it is true sky, I have disliked tina from day one because I saw immediately that she is wrong for and not caring or respecting of Bette. She is passive agressive and does not, in my opinion, think about anything other than how she feels or how things affect her. I know you don’t agree, but you asked so I told you. I hope we can still be buds, si???????
From day 1 Susannah? Season 1? So what about Helena? Surely you had reason to hate her…she tried to ruin Bette. She practically ruined Bette…she tried to get Tina to raise Angelica with her…THAT…deserves your loyalty? Hmph…si mami we can be buds…sigh…buds that disagree.
Thanks for the update kijuma—-you are spoiling us rotten and i love ya for it. So i just finished reading the update w/ may cat right by my side trying to touch my laptop screen….even my cat loves Blue and Bette. Anyway….so that’s right Bette is selling some of her art collection, now i remember. I’m dying to see how both Alice and Helena act the next time they ar around Bette; will Bette notice anything strange?

well you have a wonderful point, sky..I agree with you totally about S2 helena. I hated her, she was the biggest bitch, and she and tina deserved each other. Now she is nice, but I am for Belena stories really only because they are not tibette stories.
