Big sigh “Bette wants to share some information she learned at her last Foxworthy visit. I don’t have an answer for your second question months is my best guess.”
“Tina I know you both are working on a new friendship, it’s good you are willing to hear what she has to say” Shane responds
“When she invited me I could tell how much it means to her for us to talk”
Alice looking at Tina “T, I would think it will benefit you both. You do realize it takes two to ruin a relationship I mean I know Bette did the ultimate betrayal but you both were not functioning like a healthy couple and that is not all Bette’s fault” hoping to convey her message
“As hard as it is to admit, I know maybe we just weren’t such a good team” lowering her head
“No, Tina you guys were a great couple, just you had so many difficult challenges thrown at you all at once and Bette wasn’t the easiest person to deal with” Shane comments
“I know she has changed and the more we are around each other it becomes so much more noticeable, I just hope it is not a façade”
“Shane and I don’t think her new behavior is any façade, granted the old alpha Bette is still in there somewhere just a little more tempered”
“Most of all Bette has learned that family and love are much more important than personal success and her priorities have changed” Shane comments
“Tina, promise us this, have an open mind and be patient with her, remember this opening up and exposing herself is new for her” Alice smiles
Tina starts to get up “I promise I will, I need to get to work.” She walks out the door
Alice grins at Shane raising her hand “YESGive me a hi-five”
Shane slaps Alice’s open palm “Yait would be great if they got back together” with a big smile
“Why did I ever let you talk me into this, I am so not a cook.” Bette complains into the phone “Fuck what if I completely screw up this dinner?”
“Relax dinner is going to be fine, it’s an easy recipe and you’ve tasted it, remember we had it at my house last Friday.” Audrey trying to calm Bette’s nerves

It was sweet how they were playful with one another in the kitchen. And it was honestly beautiful and heartbreaking when Bette finally talked to Tina about the failure of their marriage. Please keep them talking…keep them wanting to speak to one another openly and honestly. Please continue.
I see who the stonger one is, It was Tina On the show tonight It was Bette, I wouldnt have had the will power to walk away for what was offer. IC can take her show but she sure needs to get new writer, We are not giving her any of ours thanks

I loved this chapter. I hope that you will allow them to continue with the healing process. Even if they do not make it all the way back to each other (but you should let them get back together) at least they made an effort.
