[Leading up to Tina walking through the door]
Jodie had a friend call the nurses station early in the morning, as she had done everyday since she last saw Bette. Her friend would identify herself as Kit Porter, Bette’s sister worrying about her from Los Angeles. Since Kit was on an approved list, she was given any information and updates regarding Bette’s condition. This particular morning, she was told that Bette would be taken down for surgery at 10am. She would return about two hours later. The helpful nurse explained that Dr. Miller had just met with Bette and Tina and that thankfully Tina was going to leave the hospital and take a break while Bette was gone, which would be really good for Tina. Jodie’s friend emphatically agreed with the nurse, yes that would be good for Tina. And good for Jodie too. It seems like Jodie might be able to sneak in during the hour that Tina was not there following Bette’s surgery.
Dr. Miller purposely told Tina that Bette would be back an hour later then she would be thinking he was helping by forcing Tina to relax during this time period and take a break. He knew that Bette would be groggy and out of it. And he hoped that Tina taking a break would restore her energy and rejuvenate herself for the long road ahead for Bette’s recovery, which would step up considerably once Bette began intense physical therapy.
Jodie’s friend hung up the phone and gave all the details to her. Jodie had a plan now to go and see Bette at the hospital when Tina would not be able to interrupt. Jodie got dressed and ready and made her way back to the hospital. Tina didn’t know it, but Jodie never left town. She used her art connections and found someone to stay with close by and tried to figure out what she was going to do. She did not accept that her and Bette were broken up and that Bette had moved on and was in love with Tina. She needed some time alone with Bette to make her understand that they were good together and that they could work on things and that Tina would just leave her again.

Jodi should be escorted out and arrested. That was a sexual assault on Bette. How sick of Jodi. It reminds me of the deviants you read about sexually assaulting folks in an assisted living institution. Yuck! .

Poor Bette, how awful. Yeah I think Tina may just kill Jodi, but sadly Tina will probably blame herself for not being there even though it wasn’t her fault. Please don’t leave us waiting too long!

Jodie should be arrested,that is sexual assault on some that is not capable of saying NO. She is on sicko Bi%%H very sick. Hope Tina throw the book on her, Bette could defence her self. The hospital can also file against her.

I didn’t have the chance to read your story when you first posted it, but it looks like a great story you have here. I liked this chapter and the way you wrote it so much, and I think I will enjoy it a lot. I promise I will go back and read it from chapter one. So hope jodie is charged with sexual assault and is locked up and denied bail. The bitch is deviant and deserves to be treated as such. AND Tina should kick her behind as well. Tina should not blame herself, it is the staff’s fault, although they were teying to do a favor for them. Great update for both chapters. PPS

Jodi is one sick person to take advantage of Bette in her state and should be put away in the slammer. At the very least, please have Tina kick jodi’s a$$. Hope Bette can recover from this trauma. Thanks for the update. pps.
