Joyce:  right to business… yes..

Tina:  Please lets all sit down… 

Tina brings the cups and the pot of tea…

Joyce:  you are right, I mostly handle divorce cases… but every once in a while someone gets to you and you know you have to take on some thing new… about 3 years ago a young and if I may say so a very handsome man walked into my office… his name was Lewis Griffon… he started to tell me a story about a girl he grew up with who he loved, but more as a sister or a friend… he had just learned that this girl or should I say woman, was dating and getting very serious with another woman… her name was Bette… you see he didn’t know her last name… that’s why its taken me a while to find you two…  he went on to tell me that he was going over seas… and if anything happened to him there he wanted his wishes to be carried out to the letter…  he told me that he had make "deposits" in a sperm bank, that only Tina and her partner could use… so it was set up with the sperm bank for me to be notified if any "withdrawals" were made… and I know the first one was last year… but like I said, I had a hard time finding you… its not like I could of went to Tina’s parents house and asked where she was… this was done very privately… I was also told to assure you both… he is not asking for his family to know… he doesn’t want either of you to experience any grief… any way, he had papers with him, the usual things… insurance policies, medical history… But that day he came to me to set up a trust fund, to be divided between all children… or if only 1 child, well that child would get the whole amount… 

Joyce takes a sip of her tea… and just looks at Bette and Tina… they both had tears in their eyes..

Joyce:  so how am I doing… this is why I didn’t send a letter asking for you to meet me… this is a special case… in fact I couldn’t wait… so I see a hi-chair… is it safe to assume last years withdrawal worked…
