Tina stood there… her feet couldn’t move fast enough… all of the color in her face disappeared… and they both ran out to the parking lot, Scott had the door opened for her as they both jumped in and raced away…

This all took place in less than 10 minutes…

Lisa:  ok Tee… breath… 

Tina:  didn’t James say anything else…

Lisa:  he was looking for you, and he didn’t go into details… he was also helping Helena with Bette… 

Tina:  I had to shut my phone… dam it… why didn’t I just drop off the papers and get the hell out of there…

Lisa:  how could you know… so please don’t beat yourself up… it’s not like she was alone and hit the floor… 

Tina:  I told her this morning she didn’t look right… hell she can’t keep any thing down… I knew I should have just called Dr Wilson… she is so stubborn… (and now the tears)… Lisa, what would I do…

Lisa:  you don’t have to worry about that… she is going to be fine… and that baby she is carrying, hard headed just like her… you will have your hands full…

Tina:  and trust me I will enjoy every minute of it… 

Lisa:  we are almost there… try to compose your self… I’ll drop you off at emergency…

Tina runs in and up to the desk… telling the woman her name and Bette’s…

Nurse:  she is with the Doctor right now… have a seat, when he is done he will be out to talk to you…

Tina:  excuse me… maybe you didn’t understand… I said my WIFE was brought in… I want to know what room she is in… 

The woman just looks at her… not really knowing what to say… Tina wanted to reach out and touch her… and she almost did, then she heard someone calling her…

Lexi:  Tina… she’s in here…

Before she could say another word… Tina took off… Lexi and Helena were standing in the hall…

Tina:  Mom, what happened… is she ok… 

Helena:  Tina, she is fine…look…

Bette was sitting up in the bed… an IV in her arm… and Dr Wilson sitting next to her…
