    Another monday…

     

    Bette:  just think only about 6 months to go…

     

    Tina:  oh I have a good feeling it won’t last much longer…

     

    Bette:  your lips to Gods ears…

     

    Linda walks in…

     

    Linda:  we didn’t know you would be home so early today…

     

    Tina:  no problem mom… why what’s up

     

    Linda:  well Lexi was coming to get us and we were going out…

     

    Tina:  if you want you can leave Tessa home and the two of you can have a good evening…

     

    Linda:  well we made plans with out granddaughter… and neither one of us wants to start breaks promises with her…

     

    Tina:  (Smiling)… then I guess you better get a move on it… are you picking Lexi up…

     

    Linda:  no she is coming to get us…

     

    Bette and Tina just look at each other and before they can say a word… they hear the front door open and Lexi calling Linda…

     

    Linda:  right on time…

     

    Linda takes Tessa from Tina and calls out to Lexi…

     

    Lexi:  (calling to Bette and Tina)… come out here…

     

    Bette:  What’s up mom…

     

    Lexi:  come and see what I bought today…

     

    In the driveway was a brand new Mercedes SUV…

     

    Bette:  OMG… nice wheels mom…

     

    Lexi:  yes… I was telling Patrick last night I needed a car and I wanted one safe and roomy enough for the kids… he agreed and this was delivered to me this morning… and I made sure baby seats were installed…

     

    Linda:  well let’s take this baby for a test drive…

     

    Tina:  its beautiful… you ladies have a good ride…

     

    Linda:  we were planning on being home by 6:45… and we will bring dinner…

    Bette and Tina walk back into the house… locking the door behind them… Tina walks back into the bedroom to change… with Bette on her heels..

     

    Bette:  Tee… I really need a shower…

     

    Tina:  say no more… and here I was wondering how we would pass the time alone…

    Tina took extra special care of Bette in the shower… washing her from head to toe and every where in between… and Tina would not let Bette lift a finger… she did it all… and when the water was off… she dried her and then led her to their bed, where she continued to “Take care” of her needs…
