Bette: It was something to watch… hey look “The Planet” looks packed…
Linda: Don’t worry… we probably won’t even be noticed…
Tina: What… I think we will be noticed… well I hope so any way…
Bette: Have no fear…. there will be a receiving line by our table…
Linda: And is that so terrible…
Tina: No its not… its sending a message to all the women in there… its ok to love one another… that good things do happen…
Bette: I never thought it would happen to me… and I thank God every day for you baby…
Tina: Me too babe… lets go in…
As they walk in, everyone is standing and yelling…
SURPRISE…

Tina: OMG… what is going on
Linda: It’s a baby shower Tina… did you think we forgot…
Bette: A baby shower… you’re kidding…
Linda: Don’t tell me you never went to a baby shower…
Bette: I never did…
Just them the crowd was making their way towards… and both Bette and Tina grabbed onto the carriage…
Linda: I’ll take care of Tessa… you both go and mingle…
Linda takes the baby away from the crowd and over to their table… and hands the baby to Amanda…
Amanda: OMG she is getting so big and beautiful… if that’s possible…
Linda: I totally agree…
Bette and Tina were hugging so many women and all offering their congratulations… that when they finally saw the end… they looked over and saw a wall of boxes of diapers… all different sizes… and brands…
Bette: I think we will have enough diapers…
Tina: Yeah for an army of kids… and look there are other gifts too…
Kit: (talking into the speaker)… ladies and gentleman may I have your attention… Bette, Tina please have a seat… first I want to thank everyone for coming here today… and celebrating with us… Tessa is one lucky little lady… we are all very grateful… we have a beautiful baby added to our family… and she has the best family and friends… I have just been told… Lunch is all set up… so Bette, Tina if you would be the first ones there so the rest of us can eat…
The afternoon was wonderful… everyone was having a god time… the food was delicious… the gifts were opened in between eating… and feeding the baby… everyone was able to fuss over her while either Linda or Tina held her… and then Bette and Amanda took their turns… while Tina continued to open gifts…
In the back of the room… there were some women screaming and clapping everyone turned around… and then Bette looked right at Alice…
Alice: Not me Bette… but thank God someone did… (Looking over at Amanda)…
Amanda: It wasn’t me… not this time any way…
The cheering was getting louder… Bette just looked at Tina and shrugged her shoulders…
Dee: They Tina… Bette… we had to come and offer our congratulations…
Vine: Plus we want to see this baby… OMG she is beautiful…
Dee: She looks just like you Tina… and I also see Bette in there… how did you do that…
Bette: We will never tell… right baby…
Tina: Right you are…
Alice: So ladies… are you going to dance for us…
Dee: Sorry… we don’t do baby showers… tonight we are guests…
Bette: Please have something to eat and have a good time…
When the news went around “The Planet” that they were not dancing… there was a collected grown… James, Jim, Frank, and Anthony just looked around, and then the ladies filled them in…

I hope that you enjoy your trip. Jennifer and Laurel in the same room together would make must people swoon. Bette is so good to Tina and I too can’t wait for her to get pregnant. We all know that Tina was beautiful when she was pregnant.
I have been on this site since 2008, but this is the first time I have left a comment. I was actually at the L5 Convention, I wish I had known about you and your story back then. This story has been a joy for me to read. I found the beginning back in March of this year,and have been reading all the chapters ever since then, when I come home from work everday, it has been a great comfort. I choose to leave a message at this point because you mentioned attending L5,I live in Brooklyn NY, also, for the last 20 years, but from NC, and it is time to go back home, will continue to read the story, until I catch up with the current year’s chapters and to the last entry to date on 6.7.2010. Will leave another comment then.

HEY AMG, Great to have you back and with this great new chapter. The Shower was sweet and funny. The end of the evening really heated up as Bette and Tina cut loose and played woth each other, granting the perfect release to all of the day’s passion and tension. Just perfect!
