    Chapter 2

    Chapter 2

     

    The life-changing incident happened to Tina during her second month in New York. She was running through the Park early one morning enjoying her self, listening to music, as she made her way around the trails, when suddenly she was attacked from behind and dragged into the bushes to be assaulted. She fought hard and struggled as the man tried to rip her clothes off. Fortunately, they were stretchy material and wouldn’t tear easily.

     

    He did manage to pull her jogging pants down and was just in the act of taking his penis out of his pants when out of nowhere a blur came at the struggling pair on the ground and in the blink of an eye, the man was off of Tina and on his back with a rope around his neck struggling to breath. Suddenly a young voice rang out, “Lady! Get up and get away from here! Go! Now!”

     

    Somewhere in her muddled mind, the words sank in and she slowly found her way to her feet, pulled her pants back up and began to move towards the street. Suddenly, she stopped and turned back around and looked at who was there. It was then that she saw this little boy lying underneath the face-up man who tried to rape her, with a rope in his hands pulling it against the perpetrator’s neck. That man was now fighting to find his breath. The young boy had positioned himself so that the man couldn’t reach him so that he could keep control of the situation. The boy yelled at her again, “Go to the street and I’ll meet you there! Go! Now!”

     

    Tina, now going into shock, did as the young boy requested and left the area somehow and found a bench to sit down on, on the street just outside the Park. She sat there in shock over what had just occurred, the scenes going over and over again in her mind of what had just happened to her. The boy waited until the man blacked out and then took the rope and tied him up and then called his friend, police officer, Sergeant Bette Porter. He was happy that he’d been able to take a picture with his cell phone, the one that Bette had given to him months ago, of the guy attacking the pretty lady as you could clearly see both people.

    1. wow this is incredible, possibly a little unreality that something like this will come together this quickly but as fate has it you will never know…but Tina doesn’t know she has another baby on the way as well so this should be interesting as it already is
