    What do Ang & Lynds do for their first Valentine’s Day??

     

    Angelica & The Artist – Valentine’s Day Chapter 1

     

    Lyndsay checked her itinerary one last time. She was off to New York to surprise Angie. This would be their first Valentine’s Day together and she wanted to make it extra special. She had booked a cabin at a resort and with a little bit of help from Meg and a few other people, she arranged for Angie to “think” she had a meeting with a client that could not be changed.

    Angie had been furious that she was not going to be able to spend the Valentine’s Day weekend with Lyndsay. However Lynds had managed to convince her that it was ok….they would have other Valentine’s Day’s together and that she would see her the following week instead. It had taken a lot of convincing, but Angie finally gave in and agreed to go.

    The meeting was to take place at the Tall Timber resort and spa where the “client” would be spending Valentine’s Day. Little did Angie know however, the surprises that would await her upon her arrival.

     

    Later that day……

    Lyndsay walked into the cabin she had rented. Everything had been arranged as per her instructions. There were red roses placed all over the room. A large bed was situated near the window in the corner of the cabin. A Jacuzzi tub was located in another corner and a grand stone fireplace stood as the focal point of the great room.

    As she looked around, she realized this was exactly what she had pictured in her mind. She only hoped that Angie would appreciate the romantic gesture.

    Carrying her groceries to the kitchen, she unpacked the food she had brought with her. Her plan was to create a gourmet meal for two and enjoy a quiet private evening for two cuddled up together in front of the fireplace. A perfect way to spend Valentine’s Day.

    She spent the rest of her day making the preparations for the dinner she was creating. After she was satisfied that she had done everything she could think of she called Angie who was still in New York.

    When her phone rang Angie smiled when she looked at the caller id and saw that it was Lyndsay.
