Chapter 15
The next day was a whirlwind of activity for both women as each was engulfed in their respective careers. Angelica continued to work on hanging the new show at her gallery and preparing for the opening. Things were going well, and she had found herself farther ahead than she thought she would be at this stage of the process.
Sometimes that happened. The pieces would speak to her, and the flow of the display would just happen. That wasn’t always the case, but she was thankful that this time it just appeared to flow so naturally, as her mind continually wandered to thoughts of her dinner guest for that evening.
So many conflicted feelings coursed through her mind. Lyndsay was beautiful, she was sexy, and obviously artistically talented. But, there were also so many unknowns. How could Angie let herself feel what she was feeling for someone she barely knew? What was it about this woman that stirred these emotions in her? No one had ever had this affect on her and she was scared. Lyndsay had admitted to being in love with Angelica. Was she in turn also in love with Lyndsay? There were very strong feelings, and she did feel a strong connection to her, of that she was certain. How deep they truly went, she was afraid to admit, even to herself. Perhaps their dinner that night would help Angelica alleviate the confusion she was currently feeling. If she was in fact in love with her, time was running out to admit it to herself and to Lyndsay, as she was only here for the week. If Angelica didn’t figure out her feelings soon, she feared that Lyndsay would return to North Carolina without ever knowing how she felt.
That afternoon Lyndsay met with a client who had wanted some custom pieces designed for a new house he was building. After reviewing the plans for the space and talking with her client, she had a definite idea of what he was looking for and sketched out some simple designs, promising to have more detailed drawings to him later in the week.
As she left Jack Martin’s office she looked at her watch. She still had a couple of hours before she was to be at Angelica’s apartment for their dinner.

Uh Oh, its the Moms
LOL!!!, an evil grin and laughter issued forth from me. It’s Bette and Tina, come to town for the show and did they ever get one, and not the one they came for. Can hardly wait. PPS
Lord knows Alice caught B&T enough times!
You put a smile on my face. PPS. I need to know how Bette and Tina react. Sometimes it is better nobody else has a key.
I’m going to assume it’s B&T coming for Angie’s show. Oops, wrong one. I don’t know who this is crueler for us, because there will now be a delay, or Ang and Lyndsay.
Busted!! That’s why Moms and others should call before coming over. I dare say that this scenario has happened to mostly everyone that I know. You said to look at my PM inbox. Where would that be?
This is so funny, Caught by the Mom’s. Bette and Tina came down for the show. Love this. Just hope that Lindsey doesn’t run. She’s a big girl take it on the chin. Bette and Tina was caught by everyone even the police. thanks

Oh no, I was just SO getting into them. Now what’s with the moms turning up announced? Passion killers. And is Lyndsay some long lost relative of Tina’s??? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr U best post soon & put me out of my misery. I so want them in-love and happy.
Uh oh, this should be good…they’re busted. My wife and I had an experience like that. Now we look back on it and laugh…but at the time I thought I was going to die!!!!
BUSTED!! I hope that B&T are gentle because Lyndsey could be damaged for life LOL. I can hardly wait to see Angie jumping up and trying to hide Lyndsey’s partically clothed upper body. It’s bad enough, but if they had come 5 minutes later, it would have been MUCH worse. PPS :o).
Oh Taz that was so unexpected! I never even thought about the Moms showing up for the show but it makes perfect sense. They would of course have a key and with the phones shut off probably thought they would come over and surprise Ang. Egads! Can’t wait for the next post!

How about Angie saying: a) This is not exactly what it looks like; b)Could you come back, like in a couple of hours? or c) Moms, meet Lindsay, Linds meet my moms”? LOL! Oh, boy! Hey Tazzie, I have been a terrible reader. Chick came and gave me the foot in the butt I needed to get back in here and be a good reader again. Thank you for the amazing update. Angelica sounds like the perfect balance of Tina and Bette so she must really be irresistable. LMAO that Bette and Tina (I think) have just walked in…luckily they only have their shirts off. You’d think Bette and Tina, more than anyone, would have knocked first…afterall, Angie is a product of them. Love the story Taz…keep it up!

B A G G E D !!!!! Tazzie that was brilliant!! WOO HOO~ I cannot wait to read the next chapter. This story rocks. There aren’t too many storylines or author’s who can write a story and carry it so well without having B&T as the central characters. You have done that brilliantly. As for the feelings, even if Angie isn’t ready to admit them outwardly, it’s so obvious that they are there. I hope she can muster enough courage and take that risk to let Lynds know just how she feels (in a verbal way of course! LOL). xoxo
