Alice: Morning Marina.

Marina: Hey Alice. Wheres everyone?

Alice: Late again as usual. Can I get my morning cap please? Thanks.

Alice headed to their table, sat down and viewed her schedule in her palm pilot. Marina handed Alices her cup and went back down at the counter. Tina and Bette just came in and went over where Alice sat.

Tina: Hot date this weekend?

Alice: Not just hot date, but hot datesssss!

Bette: Youre unbelievable.

Alice: I thought you knew that already?

Bette and Tina sat down holding hands. Still. They smiled slyly at one another. Bette whispered something in Tinas ear that made Tina giggle with soft laughter. This display of course did not go unnoticed by Alice who was still doodling in her pilot. She was about to say something wicked but her cell phone interrupted her thoughts. Alice reached for her cell in her purse. She didnt recognize the number and just put the phone down on the table and let it rung.

Bette: Is that…wait…is that the Baaa

Tina: The BATMAN theme song!!! Te ne nu ne nu nu ne ne nu nu nu ne ne nu nu ne ne BATMAN!!!

Bette: Good God Tee…

Alice smiled at Tinas great attempt to imitate the song. Batman finally finished and Alices cell phone beeped twice for the missed call.

Alice: You think thats great, you should hear your assigned ringtones!

Tina: Okay. Just a second, lemme call you.

Bette: Assigned ringtones? Alice, are you twelve?

Alice: Almost.

Tina quickly pressed and hold 3 in speed dial for Alice. A second later, Alice phoned sang the tune.

Tina: OH! THE CHARLIES ANGELS THEME!!!

Tina quickly got up from her chair, danced her way over at Alice and gave her a kiss on the cheek.

Alice: You really are an angel.

Tina: You just made my whole day! Im gonna buy you coffee! and headed towards the counter to Marina. Bette in disbelief glared the killer look at Alice and Alice shrugged her shoulders like nothing just happened.

Bette: (to Tina) Hey I thought that I already made your day?!

Bette got up and followed Tina. Just then, Shane and Dana entered the caf. They said their good mornings to the lovely couple, ordered their morning rituals and headed towards table where Alice was still busy with her palm pilot.

Dana: Hey Al, whacha got there?

Bette: Alices words, hot datesss!

Shane: So you saw their tapes?

Dana: Did they look creepy?

Alice: They looked fine. As in dayam fione!!! I couldnt believe my eyes! They were actually all good looking. I thought I cleaned the dust off the tv screen, but I didnt! They were that beautiful.

Just then, the Batman Theme song blared again from Alices purse. Tina sat down while humming the tune and handed Alice her second cup.

Tina: (sounding so giddy) BAATMAAN!!! She got me down as the Charlies Angels theme.

Dana: Yeah I know. She got me as Mario Bros. I for one wanted the Pink Panther, buuut nooo…she said I reminded her of Luigi?! Luigi doesnt even have a personality!

Alice: I got the Austin Powers theme for Shane. Groovy baby! (in her best Austin impersonation)

Tina: Well that figures. Shane gots the mojo!

Bette: What about me?

Alice: Huh?

Alices phone rang again and it was the unknown caller. Tina started doing her hum/sing but as she was about to say the best part, Bette covered Tinas mouth quickly.

Bette: Sweetie, you dont always have to do that. (turning to Alice and using her serious voice) Arent you going to get that?

Alice: Here. Feel free. I dont know the number and I dont wanna be bothered. You can pretend to be Alfred this time and tell whoever that is, that Bruce is busy cleaning the bat mobile.

Dana whispering to Shane: Shouldnt it be Alfred cleaning the car?

Shane didnt answer. She just smiled and patted Danas hand. Tina then took Alices phone in her hand and answered it.

Tina: Hello? Yeah? No. Shes…driving this second. Yes. Oh sure.(snapping her fingers for pen and paper) Yup. Gladly. Uhuh. Yup. Oh me? No, Im committed. Yeees. Uhuh. Lucky husband indeed! Hahaha. Ok. (scribbling something down.) Oh. Shes gonna love it. Okay. No problem. My name? Call me Farah. Okay. Thanks!

Alice: So who was that, angel?

Tina: Well Charlie…that was Stephen. Hes meeting you at the same place but change of plans. Hes got tickets.

Alice: To what?

Tina: Lakers. Courtside.

Alice: Wow. Impressive, thanks Farah. Im gonna have fun tonight! He can cheer on the players and I can cheer me on some Laker Girls!
