    “I’m sorry girls. I never meant to keep you waiting. However, I had an emergency at the kitchen but my staff are already preparing to serve the food so let us just drink our wines for awhile.” Lara interrupted then she raised her glass for a toast “It’s okay Lara” Shane said then she smiled

    “It’s okay Lara” Shane said then she smiled at her friend

    Lara sat beside Shane to join her friends when her phone started to ring.

    “Hello! Where are you? What? Yeah! I’m excited to see you now. Yeah! Yeah! I know that you are tired but I will really be happy to see you tonight. Yes! You are bad. Hmp! So you are now in the elevator? You really surprised me. Okay I will wait for you..” Lara turned off her phone then she stood up and walked towards the elevator.

    The people in the long table except Tina looked towards the elevator to see whoever was on the phone. The elevator door opened and they saw Lara kissed the brunette in the elevator.

    “Hey stranger!” Lara said excitedly then she run towards the elevator and embraced her stunned friend who was still inside of it.The door closed again so when Tina turned her back to look towards the elevator to check why Alice and Shane looked so shocked she wasn’t able to see Lara and her friend right away.

    She looked back again to her friends.“Hey! What happened to the two of you? And where is Lara?” Tina asked then she tapped the chin of her friends.

    “TK.. You will never believe this..” Alice said then she sipped her wine and grabbed the wine of Tina and sipped it too due to her nervousness and excitement.

    The door of the elevator opened again and they heard the laughter of Lara who came back with a bouquet of flowers in her other hand while her other hand is clasped on the hand of the brunette.

    “Stranger, meet my new friends. They are the few chosen people that had really been good to me.” Lara said to her friend

    Tina turned her head only to be shocked by the scene in front of her.

    “Shane? Alice? Wow!” Lara’s friend couldn’t believe that the friends that the redhead was referring were actually her old friends too. She smiled and opened her arms to motion to Shane and Alice to give her a hug.

      Hmm, are Lara and Bette friends with benefits?

      Bette is to nice for her own good, i really hope she will care for herself now and don’t let her life dictate by others.

      And Tina she is one stupid woman, throw away a friendship of many years, let her suffer for a little bit more, but not to long because i am a real die hard B&T fan.

      Mika was a bitch, it does not surprise me. but what she did was a high level at this.
      Bette and Lara? they are the most unlikely couple. I wonder what it will be.
      So, Tina regretted the decision four years ago? :)
      it is often say that “there is a bug that is for life”
      She is broken Bette’s heart!
      I’m scared, Bette can not forgive her completely, what happened.
      I’m really Tibetter all circumstances,(and I always want to them that together) but as much as I would like them together, I do not know in this: the true love is not so easy to discard as Tina did four years ago. I understand that she was scared of her own feelings, but she just must speak to Bette…

    7. In this story! Tina is one fucked up bitch! Let her suffer her lost from Bette. She should have appreciated her when she had Bette. I knew that Mika was a fucking lying bitch from the beginning. She will get what’s coming to her and that’s for sure. Bette should have told her parents to fuck off. Let Bette and Lara play with Tina for awhile. PPS

    11. So glad Mika’s gone, what she did was incredibly cruel. I never expected Bette and Lara to be together! Tina is going to have to beg and grovel to get Bette again. PPS.

      • What she said and does Tina really deserve Bette. I am a hard core Tibette fan, but for this one, let it go. But Bette with Lara is too hard to swallow or believe, I can see her with Jodi or Kelly before picturing her with Lara, oh well, not the writer.

    12. Glad Bette got out of the loveless marriage but too bad she had to sacrifice her daughter. As for Tina, she’s been selfish and self-serving throughout their friendship and obviously her love for Bette is conditional so it is good that Bette had the four year separation to see Tina’s true colors. Tina was willing to cheat with Bette while she was still dating Mika then all of a sudden when the pregnancy occurred she acted all moral as if she was making a sacrifice. She was only thinking of herself and the way she treated Bette was even more unforgivable than what Mika did. If nothing else she should have stood by her friend and been a support for her during the worst years of her life. Even Lara who was a stranger recognized Bette’s need and filled a void of the friend that Tina should have been. It’s really sad for Bette but Tina always gets her way and if she decides she wants Bette back she will get her and if she decides she wants to throw her away she will do that too. Bette is never treated with any compassion by Tina which I find hard to believe why she would want to be with her. At least Bette has Lara, Alice and Shane who are steadfast and true friends but I’m sure her heart still aches for Tina. Too bad Tina doesn’t realize how precious Bette is when she is with her. It is only when Bette leaves or is wanted by someone else that Tina sees what she has and wants it back.
