Bette: With lemon it is

Bette gets up from the table…She walks over to the bar and asks for Tina’s sparkling water with lemon…While she gets one with lime in it…While waiting a woman passes by Bette and bumps her

Bette: Excuse you

The woman turns around

Woman: I’m sorry…I

Bette turns around and faces the woman

Bette: Candace

Candace: Bette

Bette looks at Candace and turns around and asks for the drinks

Bette: How long will they be?

Bartender: Another couple of minutes

Candace moves to the side of Bette

Candace: I’ve missed you so much…I thought that I would never see you again…You look good…Bette can we talk?

Bette turns towards Candace

Bette: We have nothing to discuss…You and I are through…Tina knows everything and we are back together and I never ever want to have this conversation again

Bette turns towards the bartender who has the drinks on the counter

Bette: How much?

Bartender: Kit says for all her friends and family that it’s on the house

Bette smiles

Bette: Thankyou

Bette grabs the drinks and turns to leave…Candace grabs her arm

Bette: Let go of me

Candace: Not until you talk to me first

Meanwhile Tina looks up from the table at the bar…She couldn’t believe her eyes but Bette was talking to Candace…Tina’s heart began to beat…She didn’t think that she would be able to last for long…The flashbacks of Candace and Bette in bed together began to make Tina sick…She then gets up from the table and makes her way towards the door

Alice then looks at Tina

Alice: You leaving?

Tina looks at Bette then back at Alice…Bette is still speaking with Candace

Tina: I am going to catch some fresh air…I’m hot you know

Alice: T…Come on the AC is blasting in here and I know that you have to feel it with what you are wearing

Tina: Yeah I feel it but it’s not enough

Alice: Are you sure…Do you want some company?

Tina: No…I’m fine…I’ll be right back

Alice: Ok

Tina makes her way to the door…She looks back at Bette one more time and then she goes outside…

Candace still has ahold of Bette’s arm…Bette turns and looks for Tina…When she doesn’t see her she freaks out…

Bette: Excuse me

Bette pulls her arm away from Candace…Bette leaves the drinks on the counter and goes over to the table where Alice and the gang are seated

Bette: Where did Tina go?

Alice: Oh Tina…She went outside to catch some fresh…She was talking about how it…

Before Alice could even finish her sentence Bette was out the door…She looks out front no Tina…She looked to the side of the building no Tina…

Bette: Car…Maybe she went to the car

Bette goes to the car…No Tina

Bette: *****

Bette bangs on the roof of the car

Bette: Damn T…It wasn’t what you thought

Bette then calls Tina’s cellphone but there is no ring…It automatically goes to the voice machine…Bette called it again getting the machine this time she leaves a message

Bette: Tina it’s Bette…Baby it’s not what you think…Can you atleast try and pick up your phone…We were doing so good Tina and I promised you that you would never have anything to worry about and I meant every word of it…When you get this message…Please…Please…Give me a call ok…Bye

Bette hangs up the phone…She could easily go to Tina’s and wait for her but she doesn’t want to make matters worse…She knew that she fucked up and she was scared of moments like this when Tina would question herself and let her eyes perceive otherwise…Bette couldn’t blame Tina…She had to blame herself…If she would have just been true then she wouldn’t have to worry about all of this…Bette pulled herself together and headed back into the planet…She didn’t have enough strength to sit at the table with the gang instead she went to see Kit…In hoping that she could help her with how she is feeling and hopefully a way to prove to Tina that she meant what she said…And that she would be willing to show her anytime and anywhere…
