    Tina: I’m to emotional right now to drive, I don’t want to leave

     

    Bette: Fine but I warned you

     

    Tina: Can you just do me one favor before you go

     

    Bette: What

     

    Tina: Just hold me until I fall asleep. I promise you if you do that favor for me I will be gone and out of your life tomorrow and you will never see me again and then once I’m asleep you can go out and ***** whomever you want

     

    Bette: You promise me you’ll be gone in the morning. I won’t have to entertain two guests then?

     

    Tina was a little hurt by that comment but she let it go

     

    Tina: I promise, as soon as I wake up I’ll be gone and out of your life.

     

    Bette: Good then

     

    Bette figured she could grant Tina that small favor so that she didn’t cry herself to sleep. As soon as Tina was asleep Bette planned on heading out and finding the first available woman she met.

     


    Tina was hoping that Bette would change her mind. Bette was hoping Tina would fall asleep quickly so she could get out of there. She sat on the couch and Tina came over and put her head on her lap. Neither of them spoke. Neither knew what to say

     

    Bette did as she had promised and stayed until Tina fell asleep. As Tina’s breathing became more shallow, Bette eased herself out from under her. She knelt down in front of her and watched as she slept. She looked so peaceful. It was a shame that they caused each other so much pain. Staring at her made Bette want nothing more but to scoop her in her arms and hold her and never let go. She needed to feel her heart beat against hers.  Her smooth skin on hers and just the weight of Tina on her was what Bette craved at that moment. She sighed. It wasn’t going to work out that way, Bette had made up her mind and there was absolutely no way she would change it.

     

     Bette gently placed a simple kiss on her forehead. Gently ran her fingers through her hair and said goodbye for the last time to the blonde little angel. As she walked away from Tina, she stole once last look at the life she was letting go. She figured leaving would be the best thing for both of them.

    7. Ah ha, see you had Bette wise up, course not before she almost did something stupid. I think Bette should come clean about leaving though, cos that stuff always comes back to bite you in the ass. She just has to be honest, she left, found someone turned out it was just a slightly different version of Tina, realized what an ass she was and hi-tailed it home. Time for our girls to concentrate on each other.
