    The night continues…

    Bette and Tina were walking around “This is amazing” Tina said impressed.

    “It turned out well” Bette smiled.

    “It’s amazing” Tina kissed her.

    “Thanks”

    “Bette this is amazing!” They heard Helena.

    “Hi” Bette greeted Helena, Tina doing the same.

    “Aren’t you excited?”

    Bette smiled “Glad it’s over is more likely”

    “Yeah I remember you before a show- not pretty” Helena smiled.

    Tina raised her eyebrow at that. “I think she has done great”

    “Oh of course I didn’t mean…” Helena started.

    “Helena it’s ok” Bette smiled, “Really”

    Tina put her hand on the small of Bette’s back. “Come on Tee there’s some people I’d like for you to meet.” Bette said leading Tina away.

    Tina was talking to someone she knew when she saw Alice come her way “Hi! Where is the guest of honor?”

    Tina looked around noticing Bette wasn’t anywhere in sight. She walked towards Bette’s office finding her there. Bette was sitting on her chair her eyes closed. Tina sneaked in straddling Bette.

    Bette smiled without opening her eyes.

    “What’s wrong?” Tina asked.

    “Tee?” Bette asked sounding surprised, “I didn’t know it was you”

    Tina smiled punching Bette lightly. Bette opened her eyes “Have I told you how beautiful you are?” She asked caressing Tina’s cheek.

    “What’s wrong?” Tina whispered leaning into Bette’s touch.

    “I just…” Bette sighed, “I want to go home with you”

    “I don’t understand”

    “I worked so hard…”

    “I know” Tina smiled.

    “And for what? I mean you suffered and I suffered… was it worth it?”

    “You love your job” Tina said rubbing Bette’s temples.

    Bette closed her eyes “I do… I guess I’m just down.”

    “Why?”

    “Because I thought it’s over and now we’re going to a weekend with your mom… I wanted some alone time with you”

    Tina kissed Bette, “We will have it”

    “But…”

    “Shhhhh” Tina said kissing her again “Come on babe, lets enjoy your show”
