Chapter 162
A week has gone by, Stephanie has gotten a lot better. The feelings in her arms are almost 100 % now, she’s paralyzed from chest down. But she has some feelings in her legs. Jessie has been with her every day. Tina and Bette has brought Will and Matt in every other day to see their mother.
Jessie is with her now.
“Hey, mom, I have something to tell you.” Jessie says and looks a little nervous.
“What sweetie?” Stephanie asks.
“Well, I’m gonna transfer her, start at UCLA.” Jessie says and waits for Stephanie’s reaction.
“Why? Don’t you like it there?” Stephanie asks a little surprised.
“I do, but I’ve been without family my whole life, I just found you, I want to be near you and the boys and Tina and Bette. I miss not seeing you everyday.” Jessie says and smiles down at Stephanie.
“We miss you too.” Stephanie replies.
“And Scott and I broke up.” Jessie adds.
“No, you did? I’m sorry.” Stephanie says and reach for Jessie’s hand. “You want to talk about it?” Stephanie asks.
Jessie thinks for a second. ‘I guess I should tell her.’ She thinks to herself.
“I met someone else.” Jessie starts.
“You did?” Stephanie asks surprised.
“Yes, I did.” Jessie replies.
“Well, what’s he like?” Stephanie asks.
“Well, SHE is wonderful.” Jessie says and holds her breath for Stephanie’s reaction.
“Wow, I didn’t see that coming.” Stephanie says and smiles. “Had you told me three years ago, I wouldn’t have understood it. But now as I have seen and grow to love Tina and Bette, I think it’s wonderful. Love is love. No matter shape or form.” Stephanie says and smiles. “Are you happy?” She asks.
“Yes, I am.” Jessie says and smiles.
“How does she look like?” Stephanie asks.
“Well, I got a picture.” Jessie says and takes out her wallet and show the picture to Stephanie. She looks at it for a few seconds.
“Wow, she’s beautiful.” Stephanie says and smiles.
“She is.” Jessie agrees.
“And she kind of look like Bette.” Stephanie says a little surprising.
“She does? I know the skin is a little similar, but.” Jessie says.
“Yeah. Well, I’m happy for you. I really am.” Stephanie says and smiles.

I just hope if and when Bette finds her daughter that the child love Bette like everyone else do. She Jules just why. Babies having babies. Young girls that are young to take care of themself. thank
Great chapter. I think it is a sign of strength when someone lets go and cries. It is not a sign of weakness. Good job Lauren. As always, can’t wait for more.
Great chapter. Maybe this will be the opening for Bette so that everything comes together for her. The missing pieces of the puzzle so to speak. Then all can settle down and go on to a peaceful existence. Thanks for the post.

Bette is not weak….she is just humane. Great job you’re doing Lauren, but a hot NC-17 from time to time would be very nice :o))……this meens that Jessie and Julia is almost related because Jessie calls Tina her bigsister – one big happy family LOL. More please….

Lauren,I knew it, I knew it. I KNEW IT would all end happily as Bette is reunited with her daugther. Maybe this will complete htis family and filled all their hearts with love. This story is adorable and overflowing with heartache then joy. Hopefully not too traumatic times are ahead as this household becomes complete. Please post soon and let me in on what lies ahead.
