You and Me – (Chapter: I accept you for who you are and I accept your bet)
It had taken a lot of the younger girl’s will power not to push herself against the Latina and kiss her senseless. Her lips were so entrancing as they curved around words that Spencer didn’t even bother to listen too. They were merely inches apart with no one in sight and so tempted to do anything and everything to each other… but they didn’t. Instead, they said their goodbyes and went to their next class with a serious aching between their legs that would nag them until they got home and took care of it, which Spencer did… twice.
Blue eyes gazed upwards and locked with his dark brown, love and concern clearly on display. “And you’re okay with this?”
“Spencer, I don’t care who you love as long as they love you and treat you with the respect that you deserve. I think Ashley’s a great girl. A little forward sometimes but great. Fuck what mom says alright? If you’re happy then I’m happy.”
“What about your beliefs?”
Clay sighed heavily and closed his eyes for a moment, gathering his thoughts that were jumbled in his head. “I believe that God loves each and every one of us and I think we should all do our best to follow in his footsteps. But when you look back at the Old Testament, even Abraham argued with God over what he thought was unfair. So did Moses. This whole homosexuality being a sin thing is just something that I find unfair and I will argue with God about it if I ever get the chance. I don’t see the wrong in it. It’s two people who love each other and love is a virtue, not a sin.”
A brilliant smile found it’s way to Spencer’s face as she hugged her brother fiercely. Now she had two people who she loved dearly that accepted her for who she was and didn’t see her relationship as a sickness to be condemned.
*You should let me love you, Let me be the one to, Give you everything you want and need *
“That would be her?”
She nodded softly, reached for her cell phone on the night table, and flipped it open. “Hey Ash.”
“Hey babe, what’s shakin?”
“Nothing much, hold on a sec okay?”
