“Yup. She wasn’t looking to actually stab anyone I don’t think. It was all just so much for her and… shit I don’t know. Thank God Aiden was there or else someone would’ve really gotten hurt.” Dano added as she rested her hands on her stomach.

“Whoa, Aiden was there too?”

“Yeah I was dating him then so he came with me over to their house to play peacemaker.” Ashley mumbled.

“So he knew all about this and still went out with her?”

The taller girl simply nodded and shrugged.

All this information was a lot to process for Spencer. Those months of having to deal with Madison’s animosity finally had some sort of validation, although it was not nearly enough to clear her of everything she had done. The biggest revelation was the fact that she was gay, or at least bi.

“Hold on a second, we gotta explain something first.” Ashley began as she sat up to face Spencer. “Victoria is Madison’s nearly identical twin.”

“Nearly?”

“Well, they look exactly the same except that Tori has a small birthmark on her lower back.”

Ashley’s phone rang at that point, interrupting the story. *I feel pretty, oh so pretty. I feel pretty, and witty, and gaaaaay*

Dano lifted an eyebrow while Spencer stared at the girl with ‘wtf?’ face. “Gotta love those personalized ringtones.” she grinned as she flipped the phone open. “Hey Aiden.”

“Yo Ash, you won’t believe what I just found out.” She looked over to Dano and returned the big smile that the other girl currently had plastered to her face.

“Not only is Dano out of juvie, I heard that she was spinning over at Gray Saturday night! Isn’t that crazy?! We’re going, I’m not taking no for an answer.” The excited boy stated.

“I would be a lot more surprised if she wasn’t sitting across from me half drunk.”

“I’m not half drunk, I don’t even have a buzz.” Dano retorted with a snort.

As Ashley continued to calm Aiden down and explain to him what happened that day, Spencer walked over and cleared an area on the table for her to sit on. She had come to really like the girl in front of her with her laid-back personality and friendly attitude. Those intriguing part about her though was how she was connected to Ashley. Being well aware that she had deliberately left out a lot of how her and the spunky brunette only fueled the fires of curiosity. Although she desperately wanted to know more about her and Ashley’s past together, she decided to opt for piecing the puzzle together in terms of the Madison situation. “So… did you really like Madison?” she asked staring at her hands.
