    Ashley tried to open her eyes again, ‘Oh fuck this was such as bad idea!’ She tried to get up as quietly as possible, wincing as branches scraped her in all the wrong places.  She finally freed herself from the bushes and she kicked one violently. Ashley bit back a yelp, hopping on one foot, ‘Way to go Davies, next time you kick a tree make sure you have your damn shoes on!’  She gingerly put her foot down again as she looked up at the window.

    Spencer needed her dad to leave. She frantically tried to think of something, anything that could get him out of the room. ‘How long can Ashley last outside half dressed? Oh my God, we are so fucked!’  “Dad, Ashley’s not here, you’ve already checked my entire room, now if I don’t finish getting dressed for school, I’m gonna be late.” Arthur turned to sternly look at his daughter still feeling like something was going on, “I have to trust you Spencer because you really haven’t given me a reason not to, but I’m warning you, until you are married or in a committed adult relationship, there will be no sleepovers in this house! Do I make myself clear?” Spencer looked down at her hands before answering, “Yes Sir.” Arthur paused before walking out of Spencer’s bedroom, “Spence I want you to call Ashley and tell her that you’ll be going to school and leaving school with Clay and Chelsea today. Hurry up! Chelsea should be here any minute!”

    Ashley pretended she had a shirt on as the next curious jogger stopped briefly to look at her. ‘Okay this is soo getting bad..Spence….’  She looked up at the window again, and as if on cue one of her shoes sailed straight into her forehead, “FUCK!” Ashley was dazed momentarily before she started rubbing her forehead grumbling. “Ashley?”

    Ashley felt herself blushing furiously as she turned towards Chelsea, her hands automatically moving to two strategic locations, “Hey.” Chelsea hid an impossibly large grin behind her hand, “Where are you’re clothes?” Ashley opened her mouth to explain when her other shoe bounced off the back of her head. Ashley’s eyes watered in pain as Chelsea laughed. Ashley shook her head as the urge to rub her head almost got the better of her. Against better judgment, she looked up one more time at the window and breathed an exaggeratedly relieved sigh as she finally saw her trusty Ramones t-shirt falling towards her. She quickly pulled it on while stepping into her shoes. Chelsea was crying now squealing, “I’m gonna pee!” Spencer’s head poked out of the window and her mouth opened in shock at she recognized Chelsea. Ashley looked up at Spencer grinning mischievously before taking off at a run for her car.
