“And do you, Spencer Marie Carlin take Aiden Michael Dennison to be your lawful wedded husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, in sickness and in health, till death do you part?” he asked.

                Spencer looked at him and then looked back at Aiden and smiled before slipping his ring on his finger as she said, “I do.” They continued holding hands.

               “Ladies and Gentlemen, it is my pleasure to give to you Mr. and Mrs. Aiden and Spencer Dennison.” He said, raising his arms as if to literally present them to the people. Everyone applauded. “Son, you may now kiss your bride.” And he kissed her. Slowly and softly in front of all of their guests. He grabbed her hand as they walked down the aisle as husband and wife, their wedding party following closely behind them. They stopped in the back of the church and waited for everyone before making their way to the limos that were parked in the parking lot waiting for them.

                Spencer and Aiden got into theirs and the wedding party got into the one that was there for them. She sat quietly as Aiden got them both a bottle of water from the cooler. He handed her a water and she opened it, taking a big drink before putting the lid back on and leaning back in the seat. She held the bottle in both her hands and looked over at Aiden. He drank the entire bottle and tossed it aside. His eyes met hers and they both smiled at one another. He rested his arms around her shoulders and pulled her close and kissed her gently. He pulled away and rested his forehead against hers.

                “We’re married Spence. Can you believe it? We’re actually married now. Do you remember when we were little? And how I asked you if you would marry me and you said yes, even though we didn’t know what it was to get married.” He said, smiling at the memory. Spencer nodded, also remembering.

                “Yah, and then the next day when you found out what being married meant you got all upset and said you didn’t want to marry me because I was ugly and had cooties. You hurt my feelings that day Aiden Dennison. I still haven’t forgiven you, you know.” She replied, a playful smile on her face.
