Time to stop – (Chapter: Insecure much?)

    Previously in "Time to stop":

    Still in the car…:

Okay, this wasn’t going so well… what was I supposed to do? I mean I moved here not so long ago, I wasn’t going to tell my whole life in Ohio two days later. But, it’s not like it is going to be a problem, she’s just my best friend, and if you ask, yeah it’s about Summer that I’m talking.

So we dropped her off, and the Inquisition began.

So … yeah I was a little reassured after this little talk and, and so you know about the part with no public affection at school I’m okay, I mean for now, I understand she has to talk to her family first what I think is weird because in one hand she basically told her mother already and her dad saw us holding hands… but for now long I’m going to trust Spencer totally, no more jealousy thing about Summer, and no more insecurities, plus that’s not me, being so needy! I don’t like it! I’m going to be in charge again!

So we arrived at school, got out of my car when…

I just smiled at her, because the way we were holding hands, fingers intertwined, wasn’t really a friend-way but it was okay with me.

     – So Spencer, it was just a matter of time before you turned gay I can see Madison, of course.

     – Go away Madison, don’t you have somewhere to go? Spencer snapped at her before I could say anything.

     – I mean even if you’re gay you could have chosen someone better, I mean Spencer? THIS slut? I was so angry! But I couldn’t understand why I couldn’t bring myself to just jump on her and punch her! I was just hurt by… the truth.

     – What did we ever do to you Madison?

     – So Ashley you’re quiet, I guess you’re completely wiped, no more fights? Come on? Or maybe, you’ve just realised how right I was huh? You’re just a slut, you don’t deserve her, even if I don’t like her, I think you’re just nothing Ashley… Nothing! I hated her, and I hated the fact she knew me! If I could just erased our friendship from the past… But all she said was true, well it was to me anyway. She had walked away now.

     – Ash, are you okay?

     – Yeah, why wouldn’t I be? It’s not like I’m not used to it right?

     – Don’t say that, you know she’s just a bitch.

     – Yeah… whatever… look I have to go, see you later.

Tears were threatening to fall, I couldn’t let her see how hurt I was so I just ran into the bathroom, and I cried. I cried for what felt like forever when I heard footsteps. I stopped crying so nobody could notice I was in a stall.

She was trying to open the door.

    So I did…

School was fast over, well for me anyway because when I caught up with Ash at lunch she didn’t quite agree, what can I say? I love to learn! Plus it was anatomy so I could think of so many other things than that! When I made my way out, I was heading for Ashley’s car, when Summer honked at me.
