The Way Down – (Chapter: chapter 7)
The next morning I awoke to my blaring alarm. I groaned loudly and tried to shift myself when I realized who was curled up with me. Spencer had her arms secured tightly around me and I fell back into her. I had almost thought it was just another dream that she came here last night. I turned myself in her arms and placed small kisses all over her face. Her forehead, both cheeks, her nose, her chin, and finally her lips. I noticed she was awake when she started kissing back.
“Spence, we have to get up.” I whispered to her. She just started kissing me again. Before I knew it she had gotten on top of me and made an assault on my neck.
“Or, we could just stay here.” I had half the mind to just give in, but I didn’t want to rush things when we had yet to even talk about anything.
“Spence…uh…You have a test in math.” I almost moaned out. Spencer stopped kissing my neck and looked up.
“Of course the math head would ruin the moment because of a dumb test.” She said giggling at me.
I lightly punched her arm. “Whatever! I would just prefer you graduate with me next year and not a year later.” I said in my defense.
“Psh and one test will change that how?” She said still hovering over me.
“Well, uh, I mean g.p.a.’s are a good thing to have.”
“I would still have a g.p.a. Ash.” She says giggling.
“I meant a good g.p.a.!” I said laughing and throwing my pillow at her. And in one fluid motion I flipped our positions, putting my knee in between her legs, eliciting a moan to escape her mouth. “And if you go I’ll be sure and make it up to you later.” I whispered huskily in her ear. In less than I second she had gotten out from under me and started to make a dash for the bathroom. “I thought that might catch your attention!” I yelled after her.

When we arrived at school we both went to our respective lockers to gather our things. Today seemed so much different then every other day before. When Spencer and I sat down next to each other she quickly held my hand, lacing our fingers together. I looked over and gave her a smile which she easily returned.
