The King High Killer – (Chapter: Chapter 11 Eleven, Die and Go to Heaven)

The more she spoke, the louder the chatter got around the gym as students speculated over what Spencer was saying.

“Some sick, twisted fuck is killing our friends, our fellow students, our graduating class for some unknown reason and frankly I’m tired out it!” There were murmurs of agreement and Ashley, Lily, and Carmen looked around the bleachers at the nodding heads and felt hope.

“I’m tired of worrying who is next, because there will be more. I’m tired of this stupid curfew the town’s enforcing because of these events. I’m tired of the power being out in most of the town, crossing off names on a list signifying another dead kid, I’m tired of worrying that I’m next!” Their were more mutterings as Spencer slowly revolved where she stood to look at as many kids that surrounded her, hoping she was driving the point home.

“Now I know that some of you aren’t worried; that you didn’t personally know a victim and you think these deaths won’t touch you. But you’re wrong.

“They say that our generation is nothing but a bunch of lazy, spoiled kids who think they’re entitled to more than they are. That generation Y, the ‘Peter Pan’ generation, would rather play video games or Tweet all day then give two shits about anyone but themselves!

“Well I say we prove them wrong. I say we give a big ‘fuck you’ to everyone who thinks we don’t care. Because if you’re as tired as I am over all these deaths and are sick of worrying that you or people you care about will be victims, then stand the FUCK up and let’s DO something about it!”

Principal Young was momentarily distracted by the explosion of applause he heard two floors up in his office.

Chelsea Lewis sobbed over the loss of her boyfriend, Sean Miller and she nodded and jumped to her feet.

Glen Carlin’s hands hurt from clapping so loudly for his sister; a very proud brother.

And Ashley Davies felt tears sting her eyes as she fell impossibly harder in love with Spencer Carlin.

After the applause finally trailed off, the blonde everyone’s eyes were on started talking. She told her audience everything she knew and read off the morgue notes to a stunned crowd. She cautioned them, informed them, and most of all, pleaded with them to get involved.

    1. (SQUEEEE!!!) sooo glad you’re still writing this! hell, i’m overjoyed when you write anything. i feel like i’ve hit a plateau with the compliments. at this point, after reading and loving every SON story you’ve written, like fifty times, i hope it’s enough to just reiterate that i truly appreciate your time and talent :)

    2. okay first of all…i hate you. you made me wait forever and i don’t appreciate it. BUT…i do appreciate this update and everything about it. i need the next two updates….NOW. damn you, you make me crave each of your stories so that i don’t know which one i want you to work on. you had me all about the glee fic and now i just want to read the rest of this. i’m sure once the glee fic comes out i’m going to want that to be continued. damn your mind games! it was just so good, and who is this rude killer? what do the files say? why are two people chasing them? who has access to the police head quarters. i’m not budging on my theory that it’s one of the adults… marie or mr. carlin. if it’s one of the police officers or coroners i’m going to be pissed that i didn’t see it sooner. once again, damn your mind games. text me when you read this so i can yell at you further.

    3. holy freakin hell it’s about time! I’ve been dying for this update, literally ready to scream at the computer willing it to appear. but anyway let’s see. wow so much is going on. I gotta say the whole “You may not know who I am, but I know who you are” has me thinking hard. and what the hell is up with the files for the ‘rents I would like to know. hmm, the student body now knows all of what spence and ash know, and the protege seems to have a soft spot for spence. I don’t quite know what to make of the 2 people outside of the Zee’s house. maybe it was the killer and the protege, maybe it was someone pulling a very twisted prank. kinda rude for Mr Zee not to wait for spence and ash though, geesh. buy alas, we’re coming to the ending. and that is sooo sad, but I’ll be glad to know what the hell is going on and the killer’s motives (hidden or otherwise) and all that. ahhh the ending here was so great, although I was really really hoping that spence would step up and confess her love for ash. guess I gotta wait for that. glad to know we’ll be getting the rest before Halloween. psyched for it!! awesome job mighty Stix!
