"What’s your name?"  She asked.

"Um, Taylor.  Taylor Davies."  She said smiling.

"I knew I recognized you."  The girl said pointing to Spencer.  "My Mom and Dad listen to Ashley’s music."

"Cool."  Taylor said before receiving an elbow from Spencer.  "What’s your name?"

"Jill."  She replied, and Taylor smiled big.

"I’ll be in the food court."  Spencer said before walking away.

"So…" Taylor said ringing her hands together.  "You, um, can I have your number?"

"Only if you promise to call." Jill said smiling.

"I promise."  Taylor said trying to hide her big goofy grin.

Jill wrote it on Taylor’s hand before moving her own lips to where they were right beside Taylor’s ear.  "We should hang out soon too.  I know we could make great music together."  She pulled away completely and walked off.

Taylor was left standing there watching the girl walk away.  "I bet we can."  She thought before going to find Spencer who was sitting down with like a million bags.

"Time to go home?"  Spencer asked.

"Totally."  Taylor said still smiling.

Taylor waited two whole days before making that phone call.  She didn’t want to seem desperate, but she couldn’t get Jill out of her head.  After looking at the phone for twenty minutes, she called.

"Hello?"  The voice on the other line said.

"Jill, it’s Taylor."

"Oh, hey.  I was wondering if you were going to call."  Jill said.

"Yeah, I’ve been busy."  Taylor replied.

"Oh."  Jill said sounding hurt.

"Anyway, I was wondering if you wanted to come over here tonight and watch a movie?  My parents are going to be out for the evening."  Taylor said.

"Yeah, totally.  Tell me what time and how to get there."  Jill said.

And, that is what Taylor did.

About an hour later, Spencer and Ashley were getting ready to leave for their night out on the town.

"You doing anything tonight babe?"  Ashley asked Taylor.

"Just staying in."  Taylor said smiling.

"Ok, we’ll be home by midnight."  Ashley said as they left.

Thirty minutes after they pulled out of the driveway, Jill came knocking at the door.

"Hey there."  Taylor said letting her in.

"Your house is gorgeous."  She said walking in.

"Thanks.  So, I got Saw 4 if that’s ok."  Taylor said.

"Totally.  I haven’t seen it, but just a warning, I get a little scared."  Jill said.

"No, it’s fine."  Taylor said sitting down to watch the movie.

The movie played, but Taylor couldn’t concentrate on it.  She was all too aware of her body position related to Jill’s.  Jill got closer and closer as the seconds pasted, and Taylor was finding breathing a little hard.  She almost jumped off the couch when she felt Jill’s head lay down on her shoulder.  She tried to stay cool.  So, she just put her arm around the girl pulling her closer into her and kissed her on the forehead.  The movie ended shortly after, and Taylor didn’t move to turn it off.  The credits finished and the room was black, but she couldn’t get up.  Jill wasn’t moving either.

"So."  Taylor said cutting her eyes at Jill.  "What do you want to do now?"

"This."  Jill said before pulling Taylor down on top of her.  Their lips meant in a fierce, powerful kiss.  Taylor’s tongue was immediately in Jill’s mouth, and they danced together.  Taylor was straddling Jill’s waist in seconds, and she was getting more into the kiss by the second.  She slid her hand under Jill’s shirt slowly just rubbing the skin there.  As she was about to move her other hand to the waistband to take Jill’s shirt off, the door opened and the lights came on.

“Oh, hello.”  Ashley said looking at the scene in front of her.

“Mom, hey.  Um, this is Jill.”  She said pointing to Jill.

“Hi.”  Jill said.  Both girls were panting slightly with slightly red faces.

“Maybe you should get off her lap Taylor.”  Spencer said coming in the door.

“Look, I’m sorry I invited someone over when you guys weren’t here.”  Taylor said.

“It’s ok.”  Ashley said.  “Just tell us next time.  You know we trust you.”

“Thanks Mom.”  Taylor said looking nervous.

“Jill, do you want to stay the night tonight?”  Spencer asked.

“Yeah, that’d be cool.  Thanks.”  Jill said.

“We are going to my room.”  Taylor said grabbing Jill’s hand.

“And, we are going to ours.”  Ashley said grabbing Spencer’s.
