Suburban Love Affairs:
The Reality TV Show for Serial Cheaters in Monogamous Relationships
*Episode 1- Meet the Couples*
*Ashley’s POV*
I cannot believe Spencer is making me do this stupid reality show. I only cheated a couple of times and it’s not like any of those girls meant anything to me. I can’t help it if I love girls and they happen to love me back. It was just sex. I mean sex is like a communication, a physical communication, and I do love to communicate.
So right now Spencer and I are sitting in these uncomfortable, interviewing chairs doing this preliminary interview and video that all the couples have to do before the cameras start the whole invasion of our lives thing. I guess these videos are going to be continuous throughout the whole process. So just picture the Real World confessional but more annoying.
“Hello, Miss Davies, Miss Carlin. It is so great to have you two here. My name is Mark Wilderby and I am the founder and producer of this show. Now I hope you guys are as excited about this experience as I am. The point of this show is to help reshape couples like you and help them to grasp and understand each other’s needs and thoughts. Okay now the total process is about 8 weeks long and throughout that time period you guys will have a personal relationship counselor that will come visit your household once a week,” The bald forty something producer explains. “Also at the end of the 8 weeks, the show is going to have a get together one evening of all of the couples so everyone can get to know each other before the LIVE reunion show the following afternoon.”
*Spencer’s POV*
As Mr. Wilderby continues to explain the whole process of the show, I can’t help but wonder if I’m making a huge mistake. I mean, I know Ash loves me, a lot. Sometimes I feel like that’s not enough though. I want to make sure she’s mine and only mine. I’ve never really been all that good about the whole sharing thing. When I was in kindergarten I used to push other kids out of their chairs if they tried to borrow my crayons during color time. Anyways, I’m just trying to figure out if this show is what’s best for us.

i agree but would you read the story if Spencer was the cheater Ashley does make more sense but so far is ok maybe after a few chapters ill change my mind
seems interesting, i’ll like to read more.good job.
Interesting that Spencer would choose a tv show instead of a counselor to help with ashley’s cheating ways. Interesting concept but too soon to tell where you’re going with the story. I’ll read a few more chapters.
