Lori: “Nah its fine.” She says shrugging it off. “I’ll find someone.” She sighs. “Hopefully someday I’ll have what you and Spence have…what Julia and Aiden have, because I know they’ll get back together.”

Ashley: “You didn’t just do this in hopes that they would break up did you?”

Lori: “No! Julia’s happy with Aiden, I…I like seeing her happy. Even if its not with me. I was just…we both got caught up in the moment.”

Spencer: “Ash, I need to talk to you.” She says, standing in the doorway

Ashley: “I’ll be back.” I say to Lori then walk to the front of the house with Spencer. Spencer just looks at me and sighs.

Ashley: “Do you think its ok to leave them alone again?

Spencer: “I don’t think they’ll do anything else, I mean look at the situation they’re in now.”

Ashley: “I guess you’re right.” Spencer sighs.

Spencer: “Julia still wants to be with Aiden.”

Ashley: “Spen, Lori loves her.”

Spencer: “I don’t know what to do about that ‘cause I’m pretty sure Aiden still loves Julia too.”

Ashley: “Julia, the object of everyone’s affection.”

Spencer: “This situation seems all too familiar.”

Ashley: “I told you we shouldn’t get involved.”

Spencer: “But they’re our friends, we have to do something. Lori’s gonna be crushed.”

Ashley: “Like you said before, in this kind of situation, someone always ends up getting hurt.” Spencer just nods and heads back to Julia’s room.

Spencer: “Jules, Lor, we’ll figure something out. But until we do, don’t dwell on it so much. It’s spring break, have fun.” They both nod.

Ashley: “You two gonna be ok alone?” I ask, looking between them.

Julia: “I think we’re gonna be fi-” Lori cuts her off.

Lori: “No…I think I should go.”

Julia: “But Lori we-” Lori cuts her off again.

Lori: “It’s ok, I’ll talk to you later.” She says to Julia, then hugs us then turns to Julia, but decides not to hug her. She just gives her a wave and leaves.

Julia: “Wha-what was that?”

I just frown at her stupidity, while Spencer looks at her sympathetically. I look at Spencer quizzically and she gives me a warning look. I just sigh and turn my attention back to Julia.

Ashley: “We’ll talk to you later.” We hug her and leave.
