“As for you, Spencer Carlin.” He said, turning to face me. “We did not raise you to disrespect us in this manner- defiling our bed with Ashley right in front of us! Can you tell me why you did it, Spencer?” I stared at the floor. “If this was a means of getting back at your mother, I hope you’re satisfied.” He said. “Spencer, I’ve trusted your judgment up until now. Never would I even think that you’d do something like this. I’m deeply disappointed in you. As for Ashley, I think you’ve done a great job of making her look like she’s not the right person for you.” He said sternly. “I don’t know Ashley really well yet, but believe me, we’ll see her true colors soon enough, and I will see to it that you guys are separated permanently if the two of you give me another reason to believe that you’re simply a pair of bad influences on one another.” He threatened.
“Sorry, Dad.” I muttered. “Not as sorry as you’re going to be when your mother wakes up.” He was right. I’d never hear the end of it. She probably was going to shoot us both when she woke up. “I suggest you two leave now before she does wake up.” He said wearily. I got up and started walking towards the door. “Bye Dad, bye Glen, bye Clay.” Ashley got up and apologized to my dad as well, before running out onto the driveway. I was already sitting in the passenger’s seat. Ashley sat down in the driver’s seat. “Spence.” She said softly, touching my arm. I turned away, looking off to the side. She sighed. “Come on, babe. I’m sorry. Don’t be like this.” “Don’t be like this?!” I growled. “Ashley, did you not hear a word my dad said? He thinks we aren’t right together! I’m going to lose my family if my dad thinks my mom’s right about us! He’s going to side with her and separate us if anything like this ever happens again! Just- just drive, Ashley. I’m not sure I want to have this conversation with you right now.” I said, exhaling forcefully.
She merely swallowed and backed out of the driveway and drove us home. The entire ride back home was silent. She snuck glances at me every so often, probably to see how angry I was. I brushed past her and went into the bathroom. I came out later to see her already on the bed, playing with the blanket. I sighed angrily and made my way into the guest bedroom. I was so upset; I didn’t know what to do with myself. It wasn’t entirely Ashley’s fault; it was also mine. I was angry at both her and at myself. Ashley walked into the guest bedroom with a hurtful expression on her face. “Spence, please. I’m sorry. Come to bed with me, please?” she said, pleading to me with her eyes. “Ashley, no. Not tonight. We have to sort out some stuff tomorrow first.” I said grimly. “I can’t sleep without you right next to me, Spencer. It doesn’t feel right-not having you to share the bed with; not being able to wake up and see your sleepy face each morning.” She whispered softly. “Ash- I’m not going anywhere. I just – I can’t deal with you right now- I can’t deal with myself even.” “Don’t shut me out, Spencer.” She said, pulling me closer to her.

Whoa.. Spencer’s dad was all off the chain with the anger. But who’s dad wouldn’t be if they saw what he saw. For that matter, he was actually pretty calm. I’m glad Spencer softened up a bit and realized that she begged for it knowing exactly where they were! Great story. Completely love it …

Arthur had every right to be as angry as he was…they totally disrespected him in every way imaginable. Anyway, Spencer making Ashley please herself as punishment is effin’ hilarious! Loved the update! PMS

ohh man great update.ashley should of known their’d be reprecusions for what she did and spencer wouldn’t let her off the hook. hey at least she now knows what’ll happen if she’s out of line.lol. and glens reaction was just priceless. but i felt bad for spencer when her dad was chewing her and ash out for what happened in their room.pms!!
