“Is your mind always thinking about sex?” Spencer said laughing.

Ashley placed a finger under her chin and began to think. “You know…it is! Who would have ever thought?”

“Well I was thinking we could actually go to a restaurant for lunch today. Our first date as an engaged couple…What do you think?”

Ashley sighed dramatically. “I guess…oh…”

“Don’t even think about it!” Spencer said shaking her head at the brunette.

“What? Oh look who’s mind is in the gutter now!” Ashley said laughing.

Spencer shook her head and stood up to give Ashley a hug. “Well I have a faculty meeting to get to so I will see you at lunch ok?”

“Ok bye sweetie.” Ashley said kissing Spencer and heading out.

“Here we are!” Ashley announced as they drove into the parking lot of a secluded restaurant in the hills of Los Angeles.

“Where are we?”

“It’s a really nice restaurant…trust me you’ll love it.” Ashley said getting out and opening the door for Spencer. They walked arm in arm into the restaurant and were seated out on the patio overlooking the city.

“This is so beautiful.” Spencer said admiring the view.

“The food is pretty good too.” Ashley said as the waiter appeared. Ashley took Spencer’s menu and ordered for the two of them. Spencer looked at Ashley with a surprised look. “What?”

“Nothing…you just ordered for me.”

“Well it is customary for the person paying for the date to order as well.”

“Oh really?”

“Yeah…I read it in some book somewhere…or saw it on some TV show…” Ashley said not really sure.

Spencer shook her head and took Ashley’s hand in her own. “So…have you given any thought to what you want to do for the wedding?”

“I was thinking we could get married on the beach…there’s this really beautiful spot near the pier that I think would be perfect.”

“Well we will definitely have to check it out.” Spencer said smiling widely. “How bout a possible wedding date?”

“I don’t know…I mean…do you want a big wedding?” Ashley said tracing her finger over Spencer’s wrist.

“I guess that just depends.” Spencer said sighing.
