Mute Your Crave for Smut – (Chapter: Cactus Cactus)

I was able to make it up to my floor without even a slight hesitation.  I saw a placard that said which way which rooms were, but there were only three digit numbers.  I scrunched my eyebrows together and looked both left and right a few times before deciding to go left.

I went left and then down the hall until I got to the very end where there were rooms with four digit numbers, but none of them my four digit number.

I grunted and made my way back to the elevators and then went to the rooms on the other side, but once again came up empty, so I made my way back to the elevators.

I hit the down button and had to wait a few minutes for an elevator.  When it finally arrived, the doors opened to reveal that it was empty so I got on and hit the button for the second floor.  My foot tapped impatiently until the elevator doors slid open.

I walked out and began walking; I hope this won’t take too long.

I shut the door behind me and stomped over to the bed and sat down before grabbing the phone.  I quickly read the directions on the phone and called the service desk.

While the phone rang, I noticed a small business card on the nightstand next to the phone and picked it up. It read: ‘Cactus Cactus: We aim to please.’ I groaned in disgust, rolled my eyes and flicked it across the room.

    ”He-“

”Yes, I’d like to make a complaint!”

    ”What is the pro-“

”The problem is that your employee at the check-in desk sent me on a wild goose chase and it seems that your other employees were no help either.  I’ve been walking around your hotel for over an hour!  With my luggage!”

    ”I’m very sor-“

”You better be!” I hung up abruptly not wanting to hear their apologies laced with lies.

I sat there for a minute trying to relax when the phone suddenly rang.

    I picked it up, “Hello?”

”Hello, did you just call for an iron?”

I groaned loudly before once again hanging up.  I nearly screamed when it rang again, “What!”

”Did you call for a plumber?”
