I’m spinning while I’m falling down
Now you know why I’m begging you to stay
Hours turned to days as the nighttime fell and Spencer found herself feeling more and more alone, but she couldn’t call Ashley. She wouldn’t. Ashley left without a fight as if she didn’t even want to be with her.
Days turned to nights and then turned to weeks. Soon they would be nearing a month of not speaking to each other and Ashley felt horrible. She wasn’t going to call Spencer for the fear of Aiden picking up the phone. So she would go to the recording studio and forward her home phone to her cell phone. When she wasn’t recording, she was at home next to the phone waiting for it to ring. And bless the bill collectors that would call. They definitely got an earful of colorful words from the musician about leaving her alone and keeping the line open.
Well don’t waste time getting to the point, ’cause I’m, I’m patiently waiting
For your next phone call, your next excuse for losing sleep again

She knew she had to do something and soon.

Spencer sat in her classroom holding the foam ball staring blankly into space until she heard, “Miss Carlin.” A little boy called out snapping her out of her daze.
“Oh, right. Sorry.” She tossed the ball to the little boy. “Okay, list the vowels.” She ordered. She couldn’t remember what she was to be teaching them. Her head was in thoughts of Ashley. To her surprise, she was still angry but more upset about the fact that the musician was no longer in her life.
‘Cause things will never be the same
A short and hollow beep came over the phone letting Spencer know there was a voice page to follow. “Miss Carlin, you have a visitor.” The voice said.
Spencer sat on the front of her desk and pressed the button to return a message. “Who is it?” She asked and released the button.
“Miss Davies.” The voice replied.
“I’m busy teaching.” The voice was full of fury.

I love your story!! Its descriptive and leaves me wanting more. Its (simply put)one of my favorites. Keep up the good work.
I love your stories like a fat kid loves cake. Chocolate cake to be exact. I may say that a lot but when ever I say it, I mean it. I may even love your stories even more than the fat kid does. Hehehe… Although this last post left me with a sense of foreboding. Some nasty shit is gonna be happening. I’d guess but if I was right I couldn’t live with myself. Oh well, no matter what, I usually end up suprised. Even if I know what’s coming. Keep on posting ‘cos you know I love it!
Ahhh thats SOOO freakin STUPID..that bitch is gonna tattle tail…I HATE tattle tails!! They are the most annoying, insufferable, stupid dimwitted..ASSHOLES EVER..OoO I think I kno the janitor..See whats gonna happen is..The Janitor is gonna release his life friend who just got out of prison,and is staying in the school basement on her dumb ass…So when she goes missing..dont worry about it..bubba handled her well…and as far as the phone call goes..well lets just say it never happened!! SAVY? oh man..GREAT UPDATE..I almost felt sorry for Aiden..Sorry that his Ass didn’t end up with a broken bone..C’mon I mean what is that? Are the gang/drug people loosing their touch? Oh well Spencer is into Ashley NOW..and by the way speaking of Ashley…what she did was so admirable…I LOVED IT..while making my heart hurt because she walked away…you made my heart soar with the love that fills her heart!!! *sigh* I LOVE YOU!!!;) PMS..please..the fluffy kids love you too!! PLEASE PLEASE UPDATE SOON..i need my fix!

Ah, i love how you capture the human-ness of people and their avoidance of situations. it was great. would like to see more of the breakdown of relationships ie Spadien….oooh and drama is on the horizon. “what to do to die today, at a quater or two to to.” as the tongue twister goes. anyhoo. sorry it took ages for me to read and comment this. but you konw i love the peanut. and i’m always interested in teh stories you weave

When all else fails.. hug a… :) hehehehe. You rock my socks right off the grand canyon. Then I buy more socks. Then you rock them off the grand canyon too. Now there’s environmental reports about sudden piles of socks littering the grand canyon. HOw can you live with that?? I can :) Well, no offence to Spence (hehehe, rhyme), but that was a dang stupid thing to do in a PRIMARY school. I mean really. YOu shouldn’t kiss like that in a primary school. She’s gonna get her ass fired, and it’s not really fair, but at the same time, she really does deserve a bit of a kick for that one.
