Ashleys POV

Spencer just stoped crying which is good. I hate seeing her cry. And I hate even more the fact that someone from my past is the reason she is crying. I have no desire to see that asshole in court. I don’t care where we are when I see him. If he says or does anything and I mean anything to hurt her ever again. He will regret it. I honestly don’t give a shit if I am in court room I will kick the living shit out of him. I love that girl with all my heart and no one especially Jake carson is going to hurt her. Not while im around and have a say in the matter.

“So babe do you still want to go out to dinner?” I ask

“Spencer if you want to stay home that’s fine.” Her mom chimes in.

“We can just order Chinese or something.” I add

“Thanks, but I think im fine. And a night out with the two of you is the perfect thing to get my mind off of things.” She says smiling.

“Alright then lets get going.” I say grining.

“Lets go” she says smiling back. We all hop in my car and head out to a restaurant. We decide on  the olive garden. Both spencer and I were craving Italian, and apparently paula loves the olive garden. I swear I have never seen someone get so excited over a restaurant before in my life. I thought she going to seriously like jump out of the car on the highway she was so excited. Ok maybe im over exaggerating a little bit but she was definitely pretty excited about the idea of going to the olive garden. So I guess we are all happy.

Paulas POV

After a call from the lawyer and a few hugs we are off to my like favorite restaurant  ever. I seriously love the olive garden I cant get enough of those breadsticks they are simply amazing. I want tonight to be a lot of fun for both of the girls. Its our last night together and I want to get spencers mind off the trial. Hopefully back on the thought of getting married. Leave things on a high note before I go back to ohio. This trip started out so hard with spencer in the hospital but has ended well. My daughter is ok. And she in love and getting married. I couldn’t be happier for either of them. These next six months better fly by. I have a weeding that I cant wait to go to.

Specners POV

We are off to dinner. I am excited. Not as excited as my mom i am still to this day amazed at her love for the olive garden.I just want to enjoy a night with my mom and Ashley and not think about jake or the trial. Just focus on the woman I love and my mom. Oh and the wedding we are planning. Im sad to see my mom go but in a way its good. Not just because me and Ashley don’t have to worry about my mom hearing us at night but the fact that the sooner she leaves the sooner  she will be back to attend my wedding.
