Ashley: “I hope you don’t mind,” she says to me before she opens the door to the hole. “But I made some adjustments to the decor.” I give her a confused look but my expression quickly changes to shock when the door is opened.
What once was covered in graffiti, the walls of the hole are now covered in different colored paint- with poems or song lyrics, or simply the words ‘Ashley loves Spencer’ covering every paneled square.
Ashley: “I thought the room needed a spruce, and plus, with all the rumors going around about us, I wanted to set the record straight that I belong to only you.” I shake my head as I chuckle and cover my astonished face with my hands.
Spencer: “You are…You’re completely…” I can’t seem to put words to what Ashley is. I just slowly make my way around the room to read her words to me. “You’re….”
Ashley: “In love, Spencer. I’m in love.” She finishes for me evenly. I turn to look at her, watching the loving expression she’s giving me as she stands in front of a blanket with a vase holding roses and two plates that both have a cupcake on them. I didn’t even notice it before now, too consumed in reading the walls.
Spencer: “How am I ever going to pay you back for everything you’ve done for me, Ashley?! You keep doing all this amazing stuff and I…” Before I can get my words out, she’s standing in front of me and places a soft finger on my lips.
Ashley: “Spence?”
Spencer: “Huh?” I whimper at her touch.
Ashley: “By being you. That’s it. That’s all that I need. You look at me the way you do, and I know you love me. You open up to me and trust me and that’s all I want. Just keep being you and I’m happy. I love doing this stuff for you because you deserve to know that you’re loved and cared for. Because you haven’t had that in so long. And you, being here with me, loving me, I’ve never really had that before…but because of you, now I do. We’re perfect for each other and we continue to make each other whole. This is what I want, forever.”
We made love, over and over again. We ate our cupcakes and made love some more. It took me all night, but I finally read every word Ashley wrote on the walls of the hole. We lay in each other’s arms and we spoke a little more about Ohio…but mostly we talked about her. She explained to me more about her family and I held her, showing her that I really was there for her.
Spencer: “So, how long did it take you to write all over this stuff?” I ask her as I motion to the walls. She’s lying on top of me, naked legs between naked legs, and kisses my neck a few times before answering.
Ashley: “A little over an hour, but everyone helped.” I shake my head and chuckle a little.
Spencer: “They really are great friends.”
Ashley: “The best.”
The next morning, Sara’s orgasm didn’t wake my friends up, no, this time I did. I happily barged through our bedroom door after spending the night in the hole and smiled down at them as the sleepily sat up from their beds, a little after 4:30 in the morning.
Gage: “Spence? Is everything okay?” They all looked concerned despite being just woken up, but my smile persisted as Ashley lingered in the doorway, a small smirk playing on her lips.
Spencer: “I was just coming to tell you, that after a lot of thinking, that it would make me very happy if the four of you would come with Ashley and me to Ohio.” I watched as they each looked at their respective girlfriend, shocked, before they looked back at me smiling.
Kelly: “For real, for real? We can go with you guys?”
Spencer: “Of course. I honestly don’t know why I didn’t originally invite you. You all are my family and I’ll need you there for support. I would be honored if you came.” They all grinned back, clearly happy.
Gage: “Of course we’ll come! When we leaving? Spring break?”
Spencer: “Nope…Friday. Fuel up your jets, kids, we’re going to Ohio!”

oh man I was waiting all week for this story I would literally check this website everyday too see if you updated I read this and its awesome I can’t wait till they go back to Ohio I want them to kick anyone that ever hurt spencer I’ll be checking everyday so plz hurry and update plz

To answer your question. Yes and please continue to write about these six now young women. They have become an intricate part of my literary family.I cant wait to read the adventure you are going to take them on after they graduate. So again Yes is my answer. Awww I hate to say that I love your fluff just as much as I love your smut. …I think smut still wins but only because I’m a horny bastard. I will miss this story forever if it does end but I still get so much fun out of rereading this story. Sometimes fun means turned on… but whatever I’m sure you don’t mind. PS What is this minced? awww! wow, i don’t know why, but this entire chapter was extremely hilarious to me. i could not stop laughing. first the poem, then the bathroom sex w/ sandy and tara. i also found it funny when they got mad about ohio. i couldn’t put my finger on it, but it was like a couple fighting w/each other. like, ‘i thought you loved me billy!’ ‘i do, chrissy, i do! just…’ ‘what? i’m not good enough? im not as pretty as sally down the street?’ ‘*billy pauses* yes. yes,that’s exactly what im saying’. and then lets not forget the fountain pen. not that it was lol funny, but i looked to the side and lo and behold, there’s this add for pens.. err, my bad. “Fine writing instruments.” they even went as far as to say “Exotic wood”. lmao. i’m sure you’re either a.) shaking your head in disapproval, b.) laughing your ass off or c.) very confused. I think the latter, so i’ll end by saying GREAT POST!
dude i swear you are a writing god. this story is amazing. I love these characters and i would love for you to continue it. i loved how Ashley said they would “rain holy hell”. and i totally think they should. i can just see Gage beating the crap out of some homophobic chick. and when Ashley gave Spencer the pen, awesome and hilarious.keep up the good work and i can’t wait for the king high killer post. You never cease to amaze me with your writing. From the rambling Spencer to the sex in the bathroom to Ashley giving Spencer a pen and pretending it was the real present, it’s just all amazingness. I don’t think I stopped laughing the entire time I was reading it. It was just great. I can’t wait to see what happens when they all go to Ohio!
Oh Stix, continue it !! LIFE DOES NOT END AFTER HIGHSCHOOL or Well MD there is still a whole lot of growing up to do college, life and i honestly love all the girls in the story it would nice to see them grow more out of HS :) .. btw way i was So sick for like 2 weeks and i spent a whole week just re-reading MD . wow okay…such an honor, what to say, what to say…lol. But seriously I didn’t expect to have a chapter dedicated to me. I got off work last night at twelve thirty am and didn’t get to the story till one thirty. When I read my name in your authors note it seriously made my night. It wasn’t a bad day at work but not good either and I can’t hurting myself, don’t ask how, not sure lmao but I have the cuts and bruises to prove it. I freaked out, almost gave me a heart attack :)So on to the chapter itself….awsome as usual. My favorite part had to be when their were sitting on the hood of the car and ashley laid on her laughing and than gave her the real present, not that a ‘fountain pen’ isn’t a cool gift, especially if you like writing which i do…but i want purple ink, i know i’m weird…who writes in purple. Well I don’t but so would if I had a nice dark purple pen haha. Glad Spence decided to take the others although i so see where she was going with not being able to control herself while there if they were there but i think if they are well they can control her and if not we all know ash can control her little rampage and the others can keep ash in line so it all balances really lol. now the real question…will her parents sign the papers? Not sure. One hand i think so since come on they want to get rid of her but than again on the other hand i think they might hold off just to make her upset even more. I mean come on clay did send that picture album only to remind her of the past, what a jack ass, that would rock if like glen turned out to like really hate what happen and be the good brother. So I think that this is the longest comment I’ve left on any story here so yeah pms and as for continuing…please, with surgar on top, but only if you know where to take it and you don’t think it plays itself out after this story ends which sad by the way pms
oh no i dont want this to end but do whatever you think is best. this chapter was so amazingly sweet. i wish i could be the ashley to someone’s spencer! im excited to see what happens when they all go to ohio. you are such an awesome writer.

First of all, amazing update. The Hole makeover made me smile. Second of all, I loved the shout out, made me feel about ten times better. I will one day leave this hell hole called “the South” and visit you Yanks. ;]

Anyway, I suck at this whole review thing… Uhm and as far as keeping on with the story or not, I think if I had a choice I would rather see a sequel(maybe after college or something). Of course, I’m down for anything you have up your sleeve. You’re amazing and I’d read about grass growing if you wrote a story about it!

yeah im really attached to these characters too, even the supporting ones, which is uncommon for me. i tend to tune out their parts, just like i did while watching the show, but not in this story. so i would LOVE IT if you continued to write about them- forever :)
You already know how I feel about a sequel. I love anything Spashley but I’m IN love with your particular version and their merry band of friends. I can honestly say that I will never get tired of your stories so whether you do a sequel (life after school sounds good *gasp* the possibilities!) or start a new story … I just need my Stix fix!!! I would go through serious withdrawals if you ever stop posting. So yeah, take a break if you need to regroup but NEVER permanently stop! Cause that would indeed be “a disaster of epic proportions” In the end, you must do what your heart and writing Muse dictates. I’ll support you all the way. So that’s my fifty dollar opinion … cause two cents (or five bucks! Ashley! tsk tsk) is not worth anything in this economy. Oh, and I love the whole gap year to travel – Ashley remembered her promise to treat Spencer to expensive trips. Oh, to have a jet at your disposal! Ashley, you forgot that Spencer went to NY as well!

That was one hell of a ride, every chapter you write is a complete rollercoaster ride of emotions. That said, I am really looking forward to seeing what goes down in Ohio. To continue? As a fan I would say yes but I know how much it takes to keep a story going. I also know that anything you do won’t be a half measure, I have no idea how you’ve managed to keep up with posting two / three stories at once plus have a life! So…a sequel would be fantastic and based on any point in the future, might be easier to write/work better as a story rather than just continuing this one on. Oh and so glad so hear that there is likely to be a Spashley after the leave MD.
