“Whoa, whoa, whoa,”  Ashley blocked the bathroom door not letting Spencer through.

“Spence what’s wrong?  I’m going to be okay, you know that right?”  Ashley looked into the blonde’s eyes.

“I know babe, it’s just that…” Spencer was going to tell Ashley about her own concerns but she figured the brunette didn’t need more to worry about at this time.  “…just that I love you and I worry about you.”  It wasn’t really a lie.  She was truthfully worried about her girlfriend.

“I know babe.  But you’ll see that there is nothing to worry about.”  Ashley snuggled next to Spencer and soon she was fast asleep.

“I hope so…”  Spencer said quietly, and fell asleep to the rhythmic breathing of the girl next to her.
