They arrived at the theater and decided on a movie to see. Ashley paid for the tickets.

Spencer: “Since you bought the tickets I’ll pay for the snacks.”

Ashley : “It’s ok Spence, I got it.”

Spencer: “Are you sure? I mean, I do have money, I don’t want you to feel forced to buy ev…” Ashley put her finger to Spencer’s lips silencing her.

Ashley: “Spencer, you’re my…” She thought for a replacement word for date, because she wanted their first date to be special. “…guest for this evening, and you don’t have to worry about anything. What ever Spencer wants, Spencer gets.” She smirked and Spencer smiled at her.

Ashley: “So, what’ll you have?”

Spencer: “Popcorn…DUH!” she smirked

Ashley: “That’s all? No drink? No candy?”

Spencer: “Yep, that’s all I want.”

Ashley: “Okay, when you start choking on your salty popcorn don’t expect me to come to the rescue with my Pepsi.” Spencer laughed. “You laugh but I’m dead serious.” Spencer playfully hit Ashley’s arm and continued laughing. Ashley ordered popcorn and one soda. They went into their theater and took their seats. There were still previews showing.

Spencer: “So if I died you wouldn‘t even shed one tear?”

Ashley: “Spencer, what kind of question is that?” Spencer smiled a little. “Of course I wouldn’t shed a tear.” Spencer looked down and felt as if she was about to cry. Ashley cupped Spencer’s chin in her hand and turned her face to look in her eyes. A single tear escaped Spencer’s eye and rolled down her cheek. Ashley whipped it away.

Ashley: “Spencer…the reason I wouldn’t cry If you were to ever die is because…” Ashley’s eye’s became teary. “…I’d die without you…my existence would be pointless, because my life without you, would be a life void of meaning…I love you, I’m in love with you…and I could never, ever live a life…that doesn’t have you in it.”  A tear were rolled down Ashley’s cheek. Spencer looked Into Ashley’s eye’s speechless. More tears streamed down Spencer’s cheeks. The light’s dimmed and the movie started. Ashley Looked at the screen but Spencer was still staring at her. Spencer took Ashley’s chin in her hand and turned her face towards her, they stared into each other’s eyes. Spencer’s eye’s darted to Ashley’s lips then back up at her eyes. Spencer leaned forward and kissed Ashley deep and passionately, it seemed like it lasted forever. Spencer broke the kiss and leaned her forehead against Ashley’s.

Spencer/Ashley: “Finally.” they said simultaneously. Both were content, smiling and staring into each other’s eyes.

Spencer: “Questions? Comments? Suggestions?” Spencer smirked.

Ashley: “Question.” She said in a serious tone. Spencer nodded, signaling Ashley to continue. “What took ya so long?!” Spencer just smiled and kissed Ashley again. Yea…they made out through the entire move. They walked out holding hands. It was around 10: 30 and they were walking towards the car.

Spencer: “Well that was THE BEST move I’ve ever seen.” she said sarcastically while laughing.

Ashley: “Me too…wanna go see it again?” She raised an eyebrow and smiled devilishly. Spencer opened her mouth to speak when her phone rung. She pulled it out of her pocket and looked at the screen.

Spencer: “Mom.” she whispered, looking at Ashley flipping the phone open. “Hey mom.”

Paula: “Hi Spencer. I’m just calling to tell you to be home by 11.”

Spencer: “But mom.” she whined. “I was going to spend the night at Ashley’s.”

Paula: “I don’t want to hear it Spencer. Were leaving for Branson next Thursday and I want you to get your things packed and ready early.”

Spencer: “Oh, ok. Well I already told Ashley she could come with us.”

Paula: “Spencer, we don’t know who she is. We’ve never met her.”

Spencer: “But you said I could invite a friend.” she said defensively

Paula: “Fine, but we have to meet her first. This Sunday after church invite her to dinner. Well, I’ll talk to you when you get home. Bye. ” Spencer smiled.

Spencer: “Ok, bye.” she closed her phone.

Ashley: “So what was that about?”

Spencer: “My mom wants me home by 11.”

Ashley: “But I thought you were going to staying over.”

Spencer: “Well…we could spend Sunday together.” Spencer grinned.

Ashley: “Well I like the sound of that.” Ashley smiled devilishly, while wrapping her arms around Spencer’s waist from behind and kissing her neck.

Spencer: “Good, because we’ll be having dinner…” Ashley continued kissing Spencer’s neck. “…with my family.” Ashley quickly lifted her head from Spencer’s neck. Spencer skipped towards the car leaving Ashley frozen where she stood with a scared look on her face.

Ashley: “What?!” she shouted.
