    Spencer comes to a decision… of sorts.

    She didn’t look back at the house, and as she slowly walked off, the gravel crunching quietly under her feet, she didn’t see the twitch of the curtain, or Ashley watching her go.

    Spencer didn’t go far. Her knee protested slightly, but she went far enough that the lights of the house had faded. She sat down, leaning against a tree, and looked out at the starry night, the clear sky showing a network of constellations dancing across the universe.

    The moon was fairly high in the sky when Spencer made her way back to the house. She moved silently, like a shadow gliding on ice. If anyone else was awake, she didn’t know. If there was anyone around she didn’t see, and if there was any noise she didn’t hear. Her head was running pure white noise static and her insides practically boiled. She found herself standing upstairs on the landing, but couldn’t remember getting there. She stood in front of the wooden door, willing herself to go in. Then the noise in her head cleared.

    Taking a deep breathe, Spencer pushed down the handle, slipped into the room, closing the door behind her. Ashley looked up with a start at the sudden intrusion. She was sitting on her bed, one leg tucked neatly beneath her, the other dangling, just touching the floor. The soft light from the bedside lamp was the only glow in the room and shed warmth all over the brunette. She had a pencil clamped in her mouth, a folder open in front of her, work spread out in a small semi circle. Spencer had never seen her dressed so casually before, in track pants and a sweater. Spencer’s hands shook as she took a few steps forward, a little unsure.

    Ashley looked at her, uncertainty dancing on her face. She stood up beside the bed, pencil dropping lightly from her hand and bouncing on the rug below. Spencer stood, frozen in the middle of the room, unable to tear her gaze from the girl in front of her.

    Ashley took a step forward and opened her mouth to speak. In two quick steps Spencer had closed the distance between them and covered Ashley’s mouth with her own. She fused her lips to Ashley’s, bringing one hand up to bury itself in the brunettes curls. Ashley gasped, her mouth opening to Spencer’s sudden fierce kiss. Her hands found the blondes slender waist and pulled her closer, feeling their bodies clash and meld. Spencer, with new found boldness, pulled the brunette closer and swept her tongue into her mouth, clashing with it’s twin and creating havoc with Ashley’s insides. The kiss intensified, both girls completely entwined, involved. When Ashley finally broke the kiss for sheer need of air, she found the second kiss waiting seconds later, no less intense, but somehow softer, needier. She wrapped one hand around Spencer’s back and the other hand cupped her chin, kissing her over and over, desperate to keep the contact. Praying Spencer wouldn’t break it and walk away.

    29. WOWWWWWWW. If might sound like if they where going to get back togehter but I dont buy it. Spencers probably gonna act like it never happen and her hatred for Ashley is gonna come right back up. Keep up the great work, PMS
