“Ahem” Paula cleared her throat making the two girls pull apart. “So how about we go on the carousel?”

“O hell no” Glen protested. “Do you know what that would do to my rep if people saw me on there? That shit’s for kids, I am a man.” He said pounding on his chest.

“HA” Both Ashley and Spencer laughed

“Glen language” Arthur chastised. “But you are right. How about you ladies go and Glen and I will get hit the paintball game.

“Suit yourself” And with that the three ladies went and brought their tickets to the carousel.

“Spencer come sit over here” Mrs. Carlin yelled for her daughter to sit on the horse next to hers.

“Actually mom I’m going to go sit with Ashley.”

“Oh” The older blonde put on a somewhat disappointed face which made Spencer look at her girlfriend with what looked like sympathy in her eyes.

“Oh come on Spence don’t do that!” Spencer began to pout, “Fine go sit with you mother”

“Thank’s babe you’re the best” The blonde said smiling.

‘I better be’ Ashley thought to herself as she watched her girlfriend sit with her mother. Seeing how much Paula loved her daughter made the ravened haired girl wonder why Mrs. Carlin wasn’t accepting enough.

“I remember when you were smaller, you would always love riding the carousel with me Spence” Paula said reminiscing with her daughter.

“Yeah I know we always got the white horses whenever we went to Cedar Point.” Spencer remembered smiling.

“Then you would stop going on because you said that it was embarrassing if guys saw you on such a kiddy ride with your mother and do you remember what I said.” Spencer shook her head. “I said that when you find the right guy he will love just because you still go on the carousel with you mother. Too bad you will never find the right guy”The older blonde sighed.

“No Mother I won’t because I already found the right girl” Spencer replied somewhat agitated since she knew where this conversation was going. “I bet Ashley loves me for going on carousels even if it is with YOU” Paula cringed as she heard what her daughter had to say.

“Jesus Spencer can’t you see what you’re doing is wrong”

“Well you shouldn’t be one talking about what is or is not right since you cheated on Dad. I thought you were going to be accepting of Ashley. I guess not.” Spencer yelled with tears coming down her face and drawing attention to her girlfriend just two rows ahead. Finally the ride came to a stop and Spencer stepped out and started walking away before her mother or Ashley could unbuckle.

“Fuck” The brunette whispered to herself and went chasing after her girl.
