    Spencer Carlin is a horny little minx, thank god Ash’s here to keep her in line….it’s party time and the girls kick back…..and there are gifts! Yay! I love gifts…shhhh Lil D *removes caffine*

    ‘Fuck off, it’s my birthday,’ Spencer growled and I laughed at her defensive tone, these guys teased her to death sometimes.

    ‘What the hell did she give you to deserve that? Madison called out making me laugh again. Typical, but I was developing a soft spot for her. She was a loyal and loving friend to Spencer and was slowly bringing her walls down around me too which I knew took a lot of trust on her part.

    ‘None of your business,’I growled, warning them not to tease my girl any more. ‘Come on baby,’ I helped her find her feet and we joined the others. A few looks and Austin smirked at me but I ignored my friend.

    ‘Spence?’ Austin was going to try Spencer instead.

    ‘Yeah babe?’ Spencer answered, the knowing expression on her face showing how well she knew her best friend.

    ‘Um, everything OK?’ Austin looked concerned now the teasing was over, I should have given my friend more credit. 

    ‘Uh, yeah,’ Spencer ducked her head and lent into my body as she answered her friend.’Sorry Aust, that was a bit intense. I, uh, just missed Ash is all,’ she finished and squeezed my hand and I was overcome with an almost alien warm, fuzzy feeling.

    ‘OK.’ Austin wasn’t convinced and she studied us for a couple of seconds, reassuring herself that Spencer really was fine. 

    She looked at me, eyes narrowed and I met her gaze. The grey eyes were challenging, she was in full-on protection mode, however what she saw in mine made her smile and she relaxed. Austin was usually so laid back you didn’t expect this from her but when things got intense she could really step up. I’d seen it once or twice, not a typical redhead with a hair-trigger temper but when it did go off the results were fucking scary. Thankfully it had never been directed at me and it looked like I was safe this time too.

    ‘Spencer!’ Maggie called through the house and the three of us made our way towards the sound of her voice. We arrived in the large living room and found the others loitering around by the huge doors that led out onto the pool.

    Hmmmm, this was looking less and less like mini-golf every second. I dutifully towed Ashley along with me as I followed Austin over to where my friends were waiting.

    5. ok there’s a lot I have to say but you’re gonna have to wait! I’m just covering the basics- as in this chap was fucking genius as usual, I still love the undeniable attraction between ash and spence, ash’s ‘present’ = fucking hot, ash and maggie’s moment was fucking off the charts in my book, and my favorite line: “I changed and headed back out only to find Austin had arranged a fucked up version of the wacky races” OH and Grrrrrrr, lol. I’ll tell you the rest later. excellent job hun more than worth the wait =)

    6. while that long of a wait was killer, this chapter was so totally worth it (but let’s not let it happen again ;) :P ) but ya this chapter had a little bit of everything in it, I really like how you went over what happened last chapter from different views! can’t wait for the next update.. I’m still nervous about spashley’s first time! pms!!!
