Beneath the moonlight shines the truth. – (Chapter: Spencer's first day.)
"Anyway where were you before I rudely interrupted you?" I said motioning my hand for her to carry on. Spencer cleared her throat and continued telling her story. "As I was saying, that’s my family we’re the sort that hold Christian values unfortunately" She informed me. That comment hadn’t surprised me on first impressions Spencer seemed like a church going Catholic girl. "So my Dad’s the school councillor was back in Ohio too and my Mom’s a Doctor. She is also one of the reasons we moved to LA in the first place." She admitted then carried on speaking “She got a job promotion and was offered more money to move to LA so she took it" Spencer said sullenly.
"You don’t seem so pleased about it." I replied placing my hand on hers. She looked up at me slightly shocked but then smiled. "Yeah well I left my best friend back home and I miss her." Spencer replied discretely removing her hand from under mine. In response I took my hand off the table. "It sucks having to leave people, or having people leave you." I comforted her. I’d gone through both of those so I understood.
Spencer shifted in her seat “Anyway moving on from my crappy story." She said “Madison has asked me to join the Cheerleading squad. But then she also told me an awful lot of mean stuff about you and warned me to stay away from you if I didn’t want to get played." Spencer told me. I felt the fury pulse red through my veins and I pounded my fist on the table. “Stupid Bitch!" I yelled and got up. I stormed over to Madison’s table and pulled her around to face me.
"Get your queer hand’s off me Davies not all of us are Lesbicans!" She snipped at me. I laughed hysterically "Your safe there Madison your too much of a man!" I snipped back. Madison stood up infuriated "Look Dyke what do you want I’ve got better things to be doing" She asked.
"Yeah I’ll bet. That moustache could do with a shave." I said then got around to what I’d really gone over there to say. “Look Queen Bitch I’d rather you didn’t spread shit about me all over school and let people make their own perceptions of me thanks" I ordered her. Madison sat down with a large smirk across her face. "Make me!" She sneered.
With that I grabbed her hair and slammed her head onto the table. "Next time I’ll rip the whole lot out!" I threatened. Then calmly I made my way back to where Spencer was sat. I sat down to find a shocked look plastered across Spencer’s face. Before I could explain Spencer burst out in a fit of laughter.
"Remind me not to get on the wrong side of you." She laughed. I smiled all the fury flushing out of me. "Sorry about that me and Madison don’t see eye to eye. She is one of those people who would jump at the chance to cause me pain." I apologized. Spencer nodded "It’s alright I understand. So is it true?" She questioned me. I shrugged "That would depend what Madison actually said." I replied as the bell rang. "Listen come round my house after school and I’ll explain my side of the events" I said getting up and going to my next lesson.
