Ashley: “Hey what’s wrong?”

Spencer: “Nothings wrong, just thinking,”

Ashley: “About?’

Spencer: “Just I never thought we could have days and nights like this after what had happen, I guess I thought my life was over after what happen, but been her with you on night like this it’s proof that life can get better after a tragedy like that .”

Ashley: “Yeah it can, you just have to try hard enough.”

Spencer: “yeah, but it’s really easy with you by my side.”  She gave Ashley a kiss. “I love you Ash.”

Ashley: “I love you too baby.”  She gave Spencer another kiss.  “What do you say we go back to the house and I show you how much I really love you all night long.” And exactly what she did.

The next morning the Spencer had got a call form her mother telling her that she needed to get home as soon as possible.  So after dropping Glen and Kyla off at Ashley’s house the two girls headed over to Spencer’s.  When they got to Spencer both girls went inside hand in hand.

Spencer: “Mom, dad, we’re home” She yelled as she got inside the house.

Paula: “We’re in the kitchen Spence.”  The two girls walked into the kitchen where they saw Arthur and Paula sitting with a strange look on their faces.  “Why don’t you two girls have a seat.”  Both Spencer and Ashley sat across from Arthur and Paula. Paula the pulled out and envelope and handed it to Spencer.  “This came for you yesterday, but we thought that it was better to wait until today to give it to you.”

Spencer: “What is it?”  Spencer but no one answered.  She took the envelope and opened it and read the content inside.  Ashley soon saw her girlfriends face go from concerned to fearful.  “OMG” Spencer said as she let the paper fall from her hand. Ashley now became concern.

Ashley: “baby what is it?”  Spencer then picked up the paper and then handed it to Ashley, who took and started to reading.  The letter stated:

“Subpoena to appear to court on May 25^th , 2009, at 10 A.M. in Court room 2B
