    Danas’ confession … How will Alice take it?

     

    Alice was overcome with concern and panic … Her face became a vision of fear and shock. She asked herself what she had done. She thought this Dana was different, unconventional, but better different. Suddenly she went pale, light headed and felt sick. Her head swam with ‘oh shit’, and looked at Dana in disbelief.

    Dana panicked and reached over to touch Alices` hand lightly. Oh no, what had she done? She didn’t want to hurt Alice, so proceeded to explain.

    Dana – “I’m not really a proper reporter, I asked the magazine to do this interview. They allowed me to on the condition that they paid the flights and dealt with access only, and I only get paid if it gets published! But all that I have said is true, anything you don’t want me to publish will honestly not even make print. I wanted the opportunity to see the studios, the set and most of all the cast and … erm … you.”

    Alice felt slightly appeased at this confession, but so many questions remained. At this point Julie came back in to say that time was up and they needed to get on with the next interview promptly. She could sense by the atmosphere that something had changed somehow, but decided that she must be imagining it.

    Alice – “If we carry on with the plan, can I ask you more, and I will hear you out?”

    Dana – “Of course, you can ask me anything. So … are we still on for later?”

    Alice smiled such a cute but nervous smile and almost in a whisper, said yes. She explained the plans to Julie who was shocked at Alice opening up to Dana like this. Mind you, Dana was so hot, who wouldn’t want to see her again? Julie wrote down the new schedule on her clipboard and turned to Dana who was now standing.

    Julie – “Well well Miss Fairbanks, you ready for your next experience!”

    Dana tentatively looked at Alice and beamed. She shook her hand and said she looked forward to later and that Alice should not worry. That feeling Alice got from Danas` touch was still there and ignited the passionate feelings in her once again. For some reason Alice felt safe. She wanted to find out more later, and of course could not wait to see this sexy woman again. Alice said goodbye and watched as Dana turned one last time, still smiling, before descending the steps of the trailer into the bright sunshine. As she left, Alice felt like the light had gone out of the room …

    1. Hey, chillipepper!! First of all, have an excellent trip. Secondly, please don’t wrap the story up quickly before you go. I think you have a lot more to say and we will still be here when you get back. Especially since you resolved the cliffhanger. ;-D I am glad it wasn’t worse. Dana was smart to wait to tell Alice the circumstances of her getting the interview until they had a chance to talk. That way, Alice got to know Dana a bit first. Love how you are slowly building their relationship. And Julie and her clipboard crack me up. Thanks so much!!
