The Gathering 01.30 – Life;
Prologue Of
A power suit, she was
wearing a power suit. She used to tease
about these suits, telling her she was such an A personality. Now she was one, her glasses perched on the
tip of her nose as she reviewed the latest article for LA Magazine.
looked different in this attire and her attitude seemed to have changed also.
pushed back her chair and looked out of the window of her new office. She had a corner office, is this what she’d
always longed for? Her creative flame
was being snuffed out by all the running around and scrambling to make
deadlines and find the newest and hippest trends.
She turned and pulled
out another article, reading it and finding it rather good. It was from a totally different perceptive,
more innocent than usual. She looked for
the name of the writer and found none.
She put her finger on the phone, calling her secretary, Darci.
“Darci, can you tell
me who wrote the clubbing article?” She
heard Darci shuffling papers and muttering softly. A grunt, then an Ah Ha.
“Ah, found it. Yes, a free lance writer. She was recommended by you actually

chuckled, and said.
“No, I know where I
can find her. Can you have legal draw up
some papers, I’d like this article, it’s fresh.
It’s crispy.” She heard Darci
laughing into the phone and told her she’d get on it as quickly as she could
and not to forget that she had a lunch with Allister.
“How could I forget
that?”
stated forlornly, knowing how her life was going to play out before it had even
happened.

hit the ball as hard as she could, and it came back to her as quickly as she’d
volleyed it back. They’d been going at
it for hours. She was exhausted, it
didn’t help that she’d gotten no sleep at all; she and
had been putting in a lot of hours. ***** machine, is what
was thinking
was right now. Her thighs still ached
from the long hours of pleasure and delight.
The ball came back at her, and she hit it one last time.
“OK! I quit.”
onto the ground, the racket bouncing at her side and the ball whizzed over her
head.

I’m thinking Tee’s not willing to move back is a sign of her not in love any more. Maybe it’s dixit. But to me, you can’t enjoy your freedom at the same time be in love with someone.
I know that Tina loves Bette,but is she in love with Bette.She is being to effie about moving back in with Bette If I was Tina, There are to many fish in the sea to fool around to long. Shane and Sam seems to be doing good. the open relationship scares the shit out of me. Surely Tina wouldnt. She will admit she has a crush on Sam Hope Kit get herself together. thanks bvh
Like very much the idea of Lara & Jayden. Its a good thing that Tina doesn’t move back in w/ Bette. Tina (& Bette) need the independence.
Shane being in love, ah it just gives me a smile on my face. Especially cuz she’s in love with Sam. Jayden and Lara, hmm, interesting. I hope Kit will pull herself together and overcome her drinking problem again and her other issues of course.
No, I didn’t shout about the twin thing, my dog would have given me the head tilt and stare and I do want him to continue to think that I am the sane human.
