I approched the Doctor worried to hear what he had to say.

     "I’m her sister, you can talk to me." I said as I stood infront of him.

     "Well it appears that Kyla over dosed on cocaine." He said calmly. I couldn’t believe it. Cocaine? My heart began to race.

     "Well is she okay? Is she going to be okay?" I repeated scared to death.

     "She going to be fine but shes not in good shape…" He said. My heart calmed down as I took a deep breath.

     "She suffered from a stroke before she got here. Shes very lucky that her friend called for help before it was too late…" I looked back at Aiden who was watching me talk with the doctor.

     "Yeah, he always seems to be the lucky one." I said looking back at the doc.

     "Well we had to do some CPR on her because she stopped breathing. We got her back, and did a quick brain scan. We saw that she still had brain waves, so that was good. We have her hooked up to a respirator to help her breath in ICU…" He stated looking at his clipboard. Wow this was worse then I thought.

     "Shes probably going to be in a coma, We will take the tube out eventually if she starts breathing on her own." Okay this was deffinately worse then I thought.

     "Wow…I didn’t know it would be this bad." I said looking down at the floor.

     "Cocaine isn’t a mess to deal with, like I said shes very lucky to even still be here." He said looking at me. I nodded to let him know that I understood.

     "Well can we see her?" I asked him.

     "You and your friends can see her." He said.

     "Thank you so much Doctor…" I paused looking for a name tag, or at least a name on his uniform.

     "Phoole." He said reaching out his hand.

     "Dr. Phoole, I’m Ashley." He nodded and told me that we could see her for a while.

     I told Spencer and Aiden the news about Kyla and they were shocked about how bad it really was.
