    Chapter Forty-Nine

     

    Ashley and Spencer headed towards the parking lot after Ashley’s class and kept looking at each other and smiling. Ashley reached for Spencer’s hand and pulled her in for a soft kiss. She pulled back and shook her head smiling.

     

    “What?” Spencer asked looking at Ashley with a confused look.

     

    “Nothing…” Ashley said still smiling.

     

    “Come on…tell me.” Spencer said pulling in Ashley close.

     

    Ashley rolled her eyes and smiled wider. “I just can’t believe you did that…”

     

    Spencer couldn’t help but grin back at Ashley as they entered the parking lot. “Yeah well I would do it again in a heartbeat.”

     

    “Promise me you won’t…” Ashley said looking at Spencer with a pleading look.

     

    “Hey…I could have been worse.”

     

    “Doubt that very much….”

     

    “Oh my god…here I was dying to get you to talk to me again and now you are just insulting me…” Spencer said throwing her hands up in the air.

     

    Ashley stopped smiling and looked away from Spencer. “Let’s not bring up what happened last night or this morning for awhile…ok?”

     

    Spencer stepped closer to Ashley and turned her head towards her. “I’m sorry…let’s not think about it…”

     

    Ashley nodded and hugged Spencer to her body. She kissed her softly on the cheek before pulling back and kissing her softly on the lips.

     

    “So where did you park?” Ashley asked stroking Spencer’s face softly.

     

    “Over there.” Spencer said nodding her head to the far corner of the parking lot.

     

    “Well let me walk you to your car then.” Ashley grabbed Spencer’s hand and they made their way over to Spencer’s Toyota.

     

    Spencer reached for her keys and unlocked her car. Ashley held onto the door while Spencer sat inside the car and closed the door softly behind her. Spencer rolled down her window and smiled up at Ashley.

     

    “So we are going to meet up at the house and wait for Aiden and Stephanie right?”

     

    Ashley nodded her head and leaned into Spencer’s car to give her a kiss. Spencer loved feeling Ashley’s lips on her own and deepened the kiss. Ashley’s hand pulled Spencer into the kiss more. Spencer pulled back for air and smiled up at Ashley.
